Ingredients :
For the syrup:
Sugar. 2 cups
Water. 1 cup
Green cardamom. 3 cloves
For the dough:
Milk 1/4 cup
Butter. 25 gr
Milk powder. 3/4 cup
Flour. 2 tbs
Baking powder. 1/4 ts
Milk. 2 tbs
Oil for frying

First of all, thank you! This turned out great, it looked great and was delicious!
The only thing that I found a bit lacking in my version was the texture, it was a little tougher than it appears in your video, also a bit darker on the inside. Perhaps I did something wrong? Maybe I fried it on too low a heat too low for too long? Maybe the syrup wasn't hot enough by the time I was done frying the balls. I will do some more experimenting! THANK YOU again!
