Daredevil is one of the most underrated characters ever. Frank Miller's Daredevil run in the late 70's/early 80's was incredible and totally redefined the character changing his book from a generic swashbuckling adventure book into a hard boiled kung fu crime drama. Daredrvil is one of Marvel's best characters.

Black Panther works just as well as a vigilante and as a member of the Avengers or the Fantastic Four, dealing with all kinds of threats. He reminds me of Batman that way, in which he deals with epic cosmic stuff in the JLA as well as simple modern urban crime.
Moon Knight, is honestly more tragic then batman- He is actually insane. His friends all either died helping or left him, he has multiple personalities, other heros don't want to associate with him , villains see him as a joke, he has confidence issues about being a hero and we don't even know if the god he pledged himself to is even real.

Everything was inspired by something that came before it.Batman himself is no exception. Batman was inspired by MORE than just several characters. He was inspired by The Shadow, Zorro, Doc Savage, Sherlock Holmes, Dracula, The Black Bat, The Phantom, The Phantom Detective and it was never confirmed by I've reason to believe that Bob Kane also used characters like Judex and The Clock as inspiration for Batman, he had to have heard of them because they were both created years before Batman ever was(and in the case of Judex, he was actually an inspiration for The Shadow who would later be an inspiration for Batman).
The Punisher was obviously inspired by Mack Bolan "The Executioner" a popular novel series at the time so...no. Not him. Losing family members is just the go-to origin for non-powered vigilantes. Night Thrasher, Night Hawk and The Shroud all appear to be directly inspired by Batman instead of just having some coincidental resemblances. Daredevil started out as his own man but somewhere along the way he accumulated a rogues gallery with watered down versions of Batman villains like Mister Fear=Scarecrow, Bullseye=Deadshot, and the Jester=Joker

But that's the thing...you can't take everything with a grain and salt to find similarities between heroes because eventually they would be all similar. You must look at the important things and only that.

Honestly think that Daredevil should have been higher. Maybe Black Panther as well. Panther's iffy because there are certainly similarities, but there are also a lot of differences. Biggest one that comes to mind is their personalities.
I think you missed a big one ... Night Thrasher. A rich kid who saw his wealthy parents murdered before his eyes who despite not super powers, grows up honing himself into a warrior of vengeance while also running a rich-guy foundation and leading a team of superheroes (The New Warriors). Okay he is lame and so is his superhero group, but other than that I think he is way more a batman rip-off/homage than Black Panther or Daredevil.
Aside from their disagreement on THAT ONE VERY IMPORTANT THING, Batman and Punisher are a lot alike. Really Cyclopes is a better comparison point than Punisher. Cyclopes is a type-A personality, married to his job and position of leadership. His romantic relationships skew toward evil (Phoenix, White Queen, Goblin Queen), he lost his parents at a young age, both have long lost brothers (Havoc and Thomas Wayne jr.), both live in a mansion mentoring young heroes, both are pilots and martial artists. The only reason Cyclopes is not as well regarded as Batman is probably the eye beams. Batman uses gadgets which makes his various action sequences more dynamic and interesting, while Cyclopes puts his best foot forward whenever possible, so he just ends up using his eye beams a LOT. That means that Cyclopes is a less interesting person to stage action scenes around.

The Punisher was obviously inspired by Mack Bolan "The Executioner" a popular novel series at the time so...no. Not him. Losing family members is just the go-to origin for non-powered vigilantes. Night Thrasher, Night Hawk and The Shroud all appear to be directly inspired by Batman instead of just having some coincidental resemblances. Daredevil started out as his own man but somewhere along the way he accumulated a rogues gallery with watered down versions of Batman villains like Mister Fear=Scarecrow, Bullseye=Deadshot, and the Jester=Joker

Moon Knight is a brutal vigilante who operates at night with weapons themed to his chosen persona. He takes his separate personalities to an extreme though.
But that's the thing...you can't take everything with a grain and salt to find similarities between heroes because eventually they would be all similar. You must look at the important things and only that.

Honestly think that Daredevil should have been higher. Maybe Black Panther as well. Panther's iffy because there are certainly similarities, but there are also a lot of differences. Biggest one that comes to mind is their personalities.

I think you missed a big one ... Night Thrasher. A rich kid who saw his wealthy parents murdered before his eyes who despite not super powers, grows up honing himself into a warrior of vengeance while also running a rich-guy foundation and leading a team of superheroes (The New Warriors). Okay he is lame and so is his superhero group, but other than that I think he is way more a batman rip-off/homage than Black Panther or Daredevil.

Aside from their disagreement on THAT ONE VERY IMPORTANT THING, Batman and Punisher are a lot alike.
Really Cyclopes is a better comparison point than Punisher. Cyclopes is a type-A personality, married to his job and position of leadership. His romantic relationships skew toward evil (Phoenix, White Queen, Goblin Queen), he lost his parents at a young age, both have long lost brothers (Havoc and Thomas Wayne jr.), both live in a mansion mentoring young heroes, both are pilots and martial artists.
The only reason Cyclopes is not as well regarded as Batman is probably the eye beams. Batman uses gadgets which makes his various action sequences more dynamic and interesting, while Cyclopes puts his best foot forward whenever possible, so he just ends up using his eye beams a LOT. That means that Cyclopes is a less interesting person to stage action scenes around.

Nighthawk is actually the true counterpart to Batman because Kyle Richmond and Bruce Wayne are both CEO's to their own companies of Richmond Enterprises and Wayne Industries they have a Hawk plane and Bat plane Nighthawk has hawk like throwing stars and bats has batarangs so he's not actually a rip off cause get this his voice actor for Nighthawk and as Kyle Richmond in Avengers Assemble is Anthony Ruivivar he voiced Batman Bruce Wayne in Beware the Batman series
