Using the Ashina Cross for this fight and even having it as the final blow is a much appreciated lore detail on your part. Guess the Ashina Cross is fast enough to sever Shura's arm after all.
@@sandleparf One Mind in vanilla suffers from the 4 deflect curse, where the 4th hitbox in quick succession is difficult to deflect. The player's One Mind invisible slashes have the same timings as Isshin's. Isshin's One Mind is made up of hitboxes spawned by the animation, while the player's is made up of hitboxes spawned by projectiles called bullets, which is why the player can dodge cancel out of the One Mind animation and the invisible slashes still spawn.
This was an awesome fight! Although Owl and Lone Shadows are the closest bosses in fighting just like you, I wish there was an encounter like this where it's essentially a mirror match. Someone with the same tools and moves just like Wolf.

Imo, Shura-kiro should have his posture bar fully restored after broken since he only has one HP bar. Apart from that, the end is really poetic, as you recall, based on a dialogue when we offered sake to Isshin, Isshin also stopped Sekijo from becoming Shura by an Ashina style skill, which was very likely to be Ashina Cross (if memory serves).
That mist raven on the mikiri counter might as well be the coolest thing I have ever seen in Sekiro and that's saying a lot considering all the cool things you have already done in sekiro

It's not exactly as fast pace as your usual games but I know seeing the perfect parries and cool things you can do to style a king gleok or phantom ganon would be awesome and it would definitely expose new viewers to your other awesome content

I saw this mod at another youtube channel and the Shura Wolf was using Lady Butterfly and Owl's techniques iirc. Along with that there was a unique finisher deathblow and he was able to revive.

The idea of fighting the Sekiro shura version is just unbelievable, and that mikiri counter, i have just one word to describe this moment: WOW!!!!!
