If you reeeallly separate out the "spiderweb", it will look more webby. Most people just blop it up without separating it enough. You can pull it out into individual strands! One bag will cover about 30x30 ft!
I used the spider webs for my halloween decorations they work better if you do what you said it covered my fence nicley and i put huge fake furry spiders and the decorations came together well.
The tape mummy is a project I’ve seen done in high schools!! It’s pretty freaky walking into a school around Halloween with a bunch of those hanging out wverywhere
It was so bitter sweet that you gave up that blanket that you & Sniffledwarf love. But those spiders were so worth it! They are cute in a menacing sort of way.
One thing I’ve learned using the fake cobwebs is that less is more, tiny pieces stretched out look a lot more realistic and less clumpy!! Still love the outcome you did a great job!

I was a giant spider victim for Halloween once, I wrapped myself in the fake webbing, had egg sacks hanging off of my body and dozens of them sewn to my clothes and stuck to my hair and face, and had a large spider decoration hanging off of my back. People wouldn't come near me all night. It was awesome!
They are amazing. But my cats would put be a little ticked off if I cut up a plushy blanket. Even though I have something like 8-10. Actually I use my blankets & they don't have that type of fuzzy look. So I'd probably just buy some fabric for it. Could you 8magine a solid black one? Or maybe even a white one with black accents?
I'm so loving your tablecloth choice. I'd buy those plastic holiday humungous gift bags on the cheap then slice them to lay flat for decorating doors, tables, cabinets etc (floors if doing crafts). Your budget arts have been exciting to see how creative anyone can be. Can't wait for dark side winter holidays!

I had to become a tape mummy for art in school, pro-tip, do the wrapping in sections and then tape them together at the end to avoid feeling like a dead body someone is trying to get rid of 😂
