- I customized an EVIL nutcracker in today's video! I was thinking of making a gingerbread house but I didn't want to fail so I settled for customizing a nutcracker instead. I think it's a great Christmas DIY but to be honest my nutcracker doesn't look very Christmassy at all... more just EVIL. I've come across a ton of nutcrackers at my local thrift store but I just picked up this plain, unpainted wood one at my local craft store... keeping things simple today. Except not really, this evil nutcracker was intense to make.. took me a whileeeeee to customize, there's lots of little additions I added to him, I hope you like how it turns out!

Truly genius
Try using plaster with a gingerbread house mold. Then paint and glue together. Fast. Cheap. Easy. And a ton of fun.

An idea I'd like to leave for a future project is a customized version of the King Rat from the Nutcracker ballet/tale. In one of the first versions, the King used to have seven rat heads, it would look super evil!

This really is amazing, all of the add-ons you made turned out perfect! I'm sure Sniffledorf could destroy him and his whole court, but he's scary enough that maybe they could just respectfully co-exist.
