I think people are missing hes not shooting at cEDH hes hanging with people amd playing a decently powered level 7.5/8 deck with them. Thats respectable as hell

Sure have all the moxes, and it's a power level 7.5/8. Clearly I know nothing about what power levels mean 🙄
No hate @@dylanhiles4421 but you might be a little off on power levels and that's ok. Tons of new players think their power level 5 deck is a 7 or 8 and then get mad when they play against real 7s and 8s. 7-8 is where you should more regularly see 3 and 4-card infinite combos that can win on turn 6-8ish if not stopped (with a rare 2-card combo sometimes). 7-8 power level games should rarely go over turn 10 unless there's a Stax deck.
That said, Posts deck is an 8-9 and not full cEDH but really close.

I love how he spends his money not on a cEDH deck but a decently powered casual deck. Very respectable. I actually play cEDH myself from time to time, but I still enjoy a casual commander game with the boys any time.

I’m finishing a sorta mid-high Power Ragga Dragga deck for lgs play. But I’m going to build Muldrotha as a cedh list. I think the meta is slow enough that the grindy nature of Muldrotha can shine. And we got some new tricks to use, well, one in particular DISPLACER KITTEN!
that card is off the chain w Muldrotha. What doesn’t it do?
Just a lotus petal is infinite mana.
The main thing we wanna exploit to break muldrotha iis the legend rule.
We can copy muldrotha w a clone effect (phantasmal image/Dance of many) to set up a loop.
Sidisi becomes a one card win and you have a good intuition pile that turns intuition into a one card win as well.
And you can do insane things w LED.

@@NewSchoolPOKERstrat Displacer Kitten is amazing yes, I builded my muldrotha on a budget but I'm still adding stuff to get better. I did like a land deck with dark dephs , cheap mana cost creatures, well I play river kelpie sheoldred whispering one, gitrog. It's like a lock and stax deck with glacial chasm, protect my creatures with kira and prowling serpopard, pushing the game to late game and try to win without extra turns or combos. Just make my opponents conceding 😌
Rhystic Study is a pretty expensive card. Maybe he can't afford one! haha ;)

Welcome to the community! Not necessarily. Many of the expensive cards are really good, but you can make fun, efficient decks with more budget cards.
Depends what format you want to play. There is defo a minimum Buy-in for a Commander deck to be CEDH...which is a good metagamed format as long as you can afford it...On the other hand , the casual format feels super random since every ideas of power level is subjective to the point of view of the play group. At the other end of the spectrum you've got pauper , which can be super competitve/powerfull and also super cheap.

This list looks so bad. I have this prismatic bridge deck that "tutors" gideons and then protects them. When I hit Gideon of trials its pretty much over for Post.
