7 days post ACL reconstructive (allograft) with meniscus repair, able to walk one one crutch (able to walk without crutches with hard brace on too, with a limp ofc) achieved 90degree flexion and full extension, is this pushing myself too fast? i dont think ive talked to anyone yet that has such rapid progress and it scares me that i might just retear the ACL.
Personally I am pretty behind. Week 3 and still can't do much. Barely getting the 0-90° range passively. I can't push myself too hard or I'll get really bad pain. But I've never heard of someone who could walk after 1 week

Dont push too hard or beyond your limits

@@dp2404 dont push yourself too hard. Go to your limit, everyone heals at different paces. To speed healing up cold laser is effective
