Not to also nitpick, but the round thing in the center of the back of a Tie Fighter is a window, not the engine exhaust. There are two little engines, one on either side of the rear window. That said, the video does look really good!
@@hambone1138 oh thats really good to know Thank you If you have some reference Material (preferred cgi and Not EP 4, 5 or 6) that would be incredible Thanks!
@@pulz123. Same with ARC 170s in EP 3. I believe a B wing can be seen doing this in one of the Rebels episodes. There probably moments from that show this in the sequels too.
Actually, it's not that they don't. so much as there isn't much reason to. The S-foils open to help the cooling of the lasers during rapid fire. They could also be opened to look badass and pilot preference. Only definite reason to close them is so the ship can land properly. Same with the B-wing.
This is amazing! My only criticism, which I express in a constructive way is that the Rebel Alliance fighters (X-Wings, B-Wings) don't have their S-Foils open when they're not in combat mode. Other than that it was an amazing video, keep up the great work!
Hello! My group and I are currently working on a “Star Wars Revan Malachor V” fan film and while looking around I stumbled upon your epic video. I was thinking some of the stuff you did here could be applied really well to our fan film. Would you be open to talking on discord or somewhere about working in some minor or major capacity on this project?
Excellent animation! I'm curious, is this a battle during the Imperial era? The "Resistance" title kinda throws me off now because of the sequels, even though they're basically the same thing. Either way, I'm curious to see more! Is this a project you're currently working on?
Everything is a bit to close to eachother and cutting things too tight imho. Like every pilot must be a jedi. I prefer more realistic distances between ships.
Just remind you that X-Wings (& B-Wings not presented in the video) don’t open their S-foils outside combat, let alone during hyperspace jumps.

@@pulz123 Watch Episode "Wings of the Master" of SW Rebels.
Looks very promising! 👍👍
Looks interesting, good graphics, scale, and scope. Hope to see more!
Awesome job!!?? Makes me want to watch Rogue One! 🙌🏾👍🏾
Coming out of hyperspace, we need to apply the movement of the X-wing's S-poil in the form of an X.
damn, they had some russian hard bass TIE fighters
Extremely promising! Though there are things that could be touched up on, it still shows a lot of potential! Great work!
This looks exciting

already been mentioned but the onlt time Xwings open S-foils is right when they entire combat, not during hyperspace.
Impressive, I find the music used, interesting but to be fair I do like it.
Is this being done on blender?
Thanks and No everything was Made in Unreal engine 5
Great stuff!
Thanks!
"this is admiral ackbar of the resistance"
Looking forward to this!
Interested to see of what comes from this!
Looks great. Tactically, why wouldn't you have pre set missiles targeting the hangers? Or at least strafing runs.
Camera man was shook up near the end even though there is no atmosphere in space!
More my-75s than fighters
Bro the battle of scarif from wish
Nice, but you shouldn't use lens scratches or triangle bokeh.

Not my choice of music score but okay visuals
