Im from San Diego and he was kinda beating around the bush lol what he saying is we do not lowride Highland the way it use to be in the 90’s overall Highland isn’t like the sunday funday in L.A. the lowrider scene is ran by social media we do not be out on Sundays unless someone makes a post on social media to show up to one spot smh
