Thanks for the helpful video. Use an album from Amazon, so it rotates thru all the pics there. My tablet keeps going out of show mode, and have to manually put it into show mode again. I have turned off all notifications, so that is not the problem. Any idea how to fix this?

except if you are outside the USA, then the Fire Tablet is at best an entry leave device to watch streaming services on, at worst worthless. Canadian I liturally returned it the next day and bought a show 8.
How do you stop it from timing out in 30 seconds even though the display sleep is set to 30 minutes?
I use a fire tablet in show mode. It kicks itself out of show mode quite often, though. How can I stop this. I’ve already disabled all “card” types for the Home Screen, so front doorbell etc are not routed to it. It is set to only show photos from Amazon photos. But it randomly exits show mode (and recently more often).
Great video. But there is one annoying problem. Neither the Fire HD 8 or Fire HD 10 STAY in Show Mode when that mode is activated. The average active Show Mode time on these devices is about 45 minutes (max). Once that time is elapsed, the tablets drop out of Show Mode into the Amazon Home Screen. For those two tablets, there is no way to keep the Show Mode feature activated indefinitely. This problem has been reported by many other Fire Tablet owners over the past few years. We have requested that Amazon create an OS update to fix this problem, but they have not done so yet. It is very frustrating. If you have any ideas to get Show Mode to work indefinitely, please do share. I tried all of the suggestions, but none have worked. Many thanks!

Amazon won't even admit it actually has a bug. All they do is suggest to replace the device. Major fail.

My Show Mode just shows a generic colored screen, doesn't show my photos or anything useful.
I don't think that the latest Fire tablet - hd 8 2022 allows echo show mode. There were some changes.
They do, but they sell two different models, the normal one without Show mode, and a ‘Plus’ model with the Show mode and the ability to charge and interface with the dock they sell.
Not a clue what you are on about/ What is show mode. Show what?
