    Refugees never wanted to leave their homes but were forced to do so. Migrants want to leave harsh living conditions, but it's more of their own choosing

    I think the difference between refugees and migrants is quite arbitrary. It is rather a spectrum than a clear line. Both are partly voulentary and partly forced by outside pressures.
