Late reply, but the language you were asking about is sanskrit, the lyrics praising the god Shiva. The other languages heard in the song are Turkish and Latin. Yeah, Shpongle are very surreal, but they don't exactly hide the fact that they're into psychedelics 😁

This is one of their best songs. Shpongle consists of only 2 people, Simon Posford, an old school psychedelic trance artist who writes most of the music, and Raja Ram, an old burnout who plays the flute and contributes "ideas" ;)
