They will all be missed... But one man more than anybody else. Still Open All Hours was an amazing show, no doubt about it, but it was not the same thing without Ronnie Barker, who was heart and soul and was responsible for 99% of the success of the original show.

She was only 41 when this series started even though she played woman at least in her 60s if not even 70s.
Thanks to her much older look, she spent her entire career playing older woman.
Ironically, at the time Still Open All Hours in 2013, she was 72, meaning she was around or close to the age of her character in the original series, despite presumably over 30 years passing in internal chronology.
Also, ironically, she was famous for playing woman who wanted nothing to do with Granville, clearly stating that she has nothing personal against him, solely because he was alot younger than she is, even though David Jason is year and half older than Stephanie Cole.

And she was only 48 in ‘Waiting for God’ although Diana was probably in her 60s.

It's got to be arkwright himself ...Ronnie Barker he made the show . The hit it was assisted by Granville and nurse Gladys at least David Jason is still with us
