I think the whole cast were in awe of Michael Richards, according to Jason Alexander. They knew that he was best physical comedians ever. Up there with the greats like Chaplin and Jim Carey etc
what made it improper to call them midgets? little people seems generic or better suited for children. at least George didn't go with dwarf or gnome or moops.
I honestly cannot imagine how those actors can keep a straight face when they're saying those lines (even after repeating them in rehearsal)! Comedic talent aside, THAT is the most impressive talent in my opinion!
The scene where they actually perform their stand-in work is one of the funniest scenes in TV history. Kramer totally overacts while reading the dad’s lines, whereas Mickey delivers the heartbroken child’s lines in the most monotone voice of all time: “how long you gonna be away for, Daddy? Don’t go, Daddy. Don’t. Go.” ROFL
wearing heels isn't to be taller, it's fashion,.. not because we're not a proud people.. i think that's what's implied about anti heightening.. what it means to be a little person,..
@@CarryTheThree Wearing heels is 100% about appearing taller. Even "Fashion" is a hilarious reason. "Fashion" is just the peasants trying to copy the dress and manner of lords and ladies.
The more time passes the more this show resembles something like a John Wayne spot where he straight up slaps his wife for disagreeing with him. You couldn't even comprehend a show like this being made today. It's crazy one day waking up and realizing you lived in an absolute golden age of comedy and would never know it until it was done and gone, although to be fair even for Seinfelds time this show was wildly out of orbit. Larry David is just that much of a genius of comedy.
Mickeys acting is legendary….George Costanza the greatest hero of the show… Neumann comes a close 2nd, then Kramer distant 3rd followed by Jackie Chiles Lawyer and then Mr Bookman + Soup Nasi + Crazy Joe Devola & of course Frank Kostanza his dad. ….lastly the impeccable Mr SteinBrenner…..JERRYsienfeld-the most annoying with 0 actingSills ….. ….
@@Wtvn123 Well, a stand in is just there so the crew can check light and sound levels, that sort of thing. They don't have to look exactly like the actor
"I stood in for Punky Brewster when all of you was nothing!!!", such a brilliantly delivered showbizzy rant.
Too good
It's amazing how much chemistry Michael Richards had with so many actors of the series: Newman, Georges father, Mickey, Mr Peterman, the Seinfelds...
I think the whole cast were in awe of Michael Richards, according to Jason Alexander. They knew that he was best physical comedians ever. Up there with the greats like Chaplin and Jim Carey etc
"any higher than that, I'm out on my ass doing that paralegal crap"
Underrated line from this show
Mickey is just another in the very long line of amazing supporting Seinfeld characters.
Mickey was a great character. Wish he showed up in a couple more episodes, really worked well with Kramer
The episode where Kramer has the really tight pants was hilarious.
I think it's great how Seinfeld included the issue of Mickey's dwarfism but didn't mock the condition.
@@chrishargreaves8016 Not that there's anything wrong with that.
@@TayR0C Classic 😆
_"Can't you just switch with another midget?"_ Mickey's immediate reaction, followed by Jerry's, is just hilarious! ROFL
first thing that came to mind was that old dramatic hamster (or whatever) meme.

How would switching help Mickey??? isnt that him giving up his job?haha love this show

The face he makes and then tackles Kramer, so awesome 🤣
0:57 Mickeys expression was priceless
I love that Mickey will fight anyone anytime 😆
Mickey is extremely tough for his size. Like a wolverine. Plus, when he goes into full Berzerker mode, his face alone causes panic in his opponent.
when youre small you gotta be tough
"Johnny Bigiano went through my locker...that LITTLE BASTARD!"
One of the most underrated Seinfeld lines from the entire series.
And Kramer’s reaction is perfect. “OWWWWWWWWWW!!”
"Hey mick.....what gives, whats going on..... 🤨" 😂😂😂 my favorite part of this epsiode
I love how heightening is comparable to juicing in sports.
And yet both are constantly done.
@@johnnymcblaze Great insight.
Only in sports athletes just learn how/where they can do it also and only pretend to be outraged about it.
I always though they were comparing it to skin bleaching.
Hahaha yeah
"I stood in for Punky Brewster when all yous was nothing."
I bet Larry David wrote that line XD
Tammy was in Total Recall, such an awesome scene with her and a machine gun 😄
It was! RIP Debbie Lee Carrington.
She's hotstuff.
She was a real cutie! So sad she passed away… 😢
I honestly cannot imagine how those actors can keep a straight face when they're saying those lines (even after repeating them in rehearsal)! Comedic talent aside, THAT is the most impressive talent in my opinion!
That Kramer take down at the end was amazing.
I wish they used Mickey more in the show. Absolutely brilliant
Episodes like these is why I can Seinfeld had more of a plot than friends despite being the show about nothing lol
Nobody on this planet can replace Michael Richards in that role of Cosmo. He is gold. George is the best. Amazing
“I offered him cigarettes, but his stupid mother is always hanging around!!” BWAHAHAHAHAHA!
3:58 when everyone was surrounding mickey 😭

A truly great and very underrated episode. Danny Woodburn and Michael Richards have a terrific chemistry.
I stood in for punky bruster when all you's was nothing!!!!!!!! 🤣
I love how Kramer only fights kids and little people 🤣
The cigarettes part is to funny. Hahahaha
This classic show could never be done today and it's so sad.
Atleast they did it once and will live on forever.
Ok so why is it still played in reruns?
People love saying this when it's not true at all. 😂
@@DebNKY Yeah, did ya see how they watered down Curb Your Enthusiasm? You can't do anything these days

Thank you! This was the 90s though, that double standard crap is right out the window now! I have to go touch up my makeup.
They could both wear heels but not hidden lifts maybe.

2:10 appears Kramer’s lunch was a slice of bread. 🤷🏽♂️😂🤣
you ever been on a set?
2:35 when kramer and mickey was fighting 😭😭😭😭 wow man
Love this episode when tammy says hello
They gotta use Mickey in Curb your Enthusiasm.
Tammy was a good foil for Mickey who accused him of "heightening." RIP, Debbie, you are missed.
I started laughing when "Mickey" said he had a BIG problem 🤣 I'm horrible 🥴
He knows I'm heighting 😂🤣😅
1:16 AH! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Rich Eisner brought me here 😂
Too funny! I stood in for punky brewster when all of you was nothin
I love this show a lot never lose a good 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 never lose their touch.
One thing I always admired about Mickey - he would not stand for any “commie crap”.
He's got 2 kids in college...
he would not like whats happening today with the ghost of the soviet union striking back at USA from beyond the grave lol
@@thegr8rambino The commies are in the Whitehouse right now.

Kramer's aviator glasses. 😎

Tammy shaming Mickey for wearing lifts when she was wearing heels in the last scene is some great irony.
I can do 4’2. But 4’3 is a stretch lol
It's pretty obvious which episodes Larry David wrote.
Mickey triggered at 0:59!
I wonder how many of these stars played hobbits.
I love how Tammy is wearing high heels yet she still complains about Mickey's lifts.
Wait, is this the new 4K rescan for Netflix? Does this mean they're giving options for 4:3 as well or is this a manual crop?
Nope, the 4K netflix scan is in 16:9 and its terrible.
The absurdity of it all
That is how the "Love Stories of History" always go... Romeo and Juliet, involved a 'Kramer' and a 'Mickey'..
I loved it when Mickey was on the show.
At least he still has his job.
"Tammy" was in "Total Recall" IIRC.
Kramer really reminds me of shemp from the three stooges
I imagine Larry had to ask somebody to get just a bunch of midgets to cast
"Big Figure, small world..."
mickey seemed a little upset, really it wasnt that big a deal, just a small matter
He has a short temper.
4'3's a stretch
we all heighten when we put shoes on 😳🤣✌️🍺🇺🇸
Have you been working out?
Not that I know of. 😂🤣😆
Honestly;
Kramer & Mickey > Kramer & Newman
That throws a wrench into the "Newman is the 5th member" belief.
How about Mickey and Newman?
