I was wondering if you would be able to answer this question for me. I figure with the amount of knowledge you have on clusters relating to the eg/ek you probably know or have the ability to find out. Can you swap an (EK) tachometer directly into the (EG) cluster without modification? I ask because I wanted to run an Omni-Power tachometer in my EG cluster but they no longer offer the tachometer for the EG. From what I've searched online I believe you can swap in the EK tachometer directly in, but the thread I read online wasn't exactly clear. Thanks for your time, awesome diy.
Bro, need a huge favor. I’m having a ridiculous ass time trying to figure out why my radiator fans aren’t coming on. 2001 Honda CR-V auto. I replaced the thermo switch in thermostat housing after jumping the switch connector. Fan come on when jumped but won’t under normal circumstance. I’m stumped. Thermostat hasn’t been changed. Neither has the head temp sensor. Any pointers? Wires look fine just seems like the new switch is bad.
I like these, but I've never been into the KMH gauges (although they are REALLY cool and VERY JDM), but my 612 whp EJ8 Civic coupe with a fully built LSVTEC turbo has an AP2 S2K cluster and K-tuned conversion kit.
@@HondaStreetGarage most definitely. When i attempted it on my crx the way you did i very easy snapped a gas needle. I glued it. The line bugged me. I should have painted them to cover it up some. But i was like 15 years old haha 😄

If you are worried about finger prints you can pick up a set of cotton gloves I use them a lot in final assembly of model kits to avoid fingerprints.

A fork gets the needles off pretty easily. Reapplying. Different story because clocking the needle and pin.
