Property good. Isolated place...roads not good so take precautions while driving...better take the highway narendra nagar route...not via neer jharna waterfall. Yes its overpriced...when we say breakfast lunch and dinner all inclusive..but still charged for tea and extra snacks...also its not mentioned in room....i came to know about this charge while checking out. Serving staff is fine.

Completely agreed. Resort average hai but pricing k hisab se worth nahi hai Offroading hai totally last 10 kms Mein and it's very risky. Only rooms are nice rest food options are limited and other amenities are also not available all the time. Watching these videos we visited but we got so scared at times because there was no road. Please inform about all this as well while promoting such properties.

Roads are not good...going via neer jharna side is risky atleast what I felt ....better one can take highway route narendra nager side...its comparatively better but still be careful while driving
Do not recommend properties operated by cheaters. I have booked them for 24th June 2023 and informed them one day in advance that it is not possible to reach their remote property due to heavy rains but they refused to refund on adjust the amount in future. Their property is at very odd location with very narrow approach. They are cheaters and you never informed about road conditions to the property. You only gave positive points of property. Take care that because of your interest people don’t loose money. By recommending such properties you will loose your reputation also.
