Toadette too. She's been the face of mario party since like, Advance, and was the hallmark first ever unlockable character. Plus she was the main host in Super and Superstars. Plus she has a really great board on DS.
Seems like with Jamboree, they are doing the "let's add (almost) all the past characters... And more!" Aside from Kamik, they really are bringing everyone back
@@kingdoduo4074Such a crime they cut Dry Bones and Diddy. Dry Bones is a complete mainstay and Diddy finally get like he was becoming properly integrated into the spinoffs again.
@@mariobroultimate1808 Yeah but the difference between Pauline & Rosalina is that Pauline already was included in plenty of spin offs like Tennis, Golf & Strikers. That took way longer for Rosalina.

Blooper in MP8 and Spike in MP10 are my two favorite characters in Mario Party history. Spike being my absoulte favorite. So glad that Spike will come back in Jamboree !
I hate MP10s roster for absolutely cramping on the bowser representation with spike being the only playable bowser minion (r.i.p blooper and especially Kamek)

6:16 ngl the superstars roster goes pretty hard once you look at it as a combination of all of the "hero" (non-enemy) characters from mario party 1-10 (besides Toad and Toadette) If i were to change it, I'd maybe add Diddy Kong, and either Pauline who fits the whole superstar theme, or Koopa Kid, who although was pretty much written out of existence, would be a cute reference to the older games. He'd clash with the theme of the non-enemy characters, but he doesnt ever appear throughout superstars anyways.
yeah i was genuinely dissappointed koopa kid didnt get into that game, like they couldve just copied bowser jrs animations and changed the model and i dont think anyone wouldve complained

Any game that lets you play as Junior is an instant win in my book. The other games had ok rosters too I guess (otherwise my typical go-to is Luigi tho except that one time Hammer Bro was an option).
my main is normally just the cutest/freshest bowser minion, or just defaulting to yoshi or dk so ive been happy with pretty much every roster since 5 :)
After seeing Super’s roster in 2018, I was hoping that the next game would do what Super Smash Bros Ultimate did and bring back every character that was ever playable in the Mario Party series, instead the next game instead cut half of Super’s roster and replaced Diddy Kong with Birdo.
true he's a boss but he has one of those fights that could be re-skinned to fit a lot of different characters so they actively chose to put him there instead of in the roster it's interesting
Honestly my favourite rosters are the ones with an unusual character 5 and 6 have koopa kid, 8 has blooper, 9 has kemek, 10 has spike and Super is just full of interesting additions. Tho being honest Jamboree's is slightly disappointing since i cant play as my boye Dry bones

Yeah, Kamek is not playable because someone had to be the host on Jamboree, But being honest here, i think Kamek being the party host is cooler
But it also seems they left out Diddy Kong, Dry Bones, Hammer Bro, Blooper, Pom Pom, and of course Koopa Kid.

Island tour is weird for having rosalina on the box art and also modeled in one of the boards but NOT as an unlockable character

This resulted in me not having many villains to work with when I made stories based off of the game on Miiverse.
The best ones are Super Mario Party, Mario Party Star Rush & MP8.
