Thank you for the video, it's a pity that my father was no longer able to take part in this great race. He must have been watching from heaven. Best regards, Jürg Dürig Jun.
The black Mustang looks like one of the New Zealand Pine Pac Racing cars. Not sure the Pine Pac cars ever had this livery...pretty sure it was one of the Dick Johnson Racing green cars. The JPS livery from memory was only used for two races...the Nissan Mobil races at Wellington and Pukekohe in 1986.
This could be the ex David Huxley car yes ex Pinepac Racing car he had which was sold recently. You are correct the DJR livery was painted on one of his Green’s Tuff Mustangs for Wellington
@@andrewanz72 Thanks for the reply Andrew. Have the Lyons family purchased this car as Michael Lyons was the entered driver. Nice to see a car with a New Zealand history racing in Europe 😎
It is one of the Pine Pac cars, you can tell by the yellow rollcage. The DJR car had a grey or black rollcage in the JPS livery, and green when it was in the Greens-Tuf livery. Another giveaway is the wiper, the DJR cars had what looked like a rear wiper arm while the Pine Pac cars had a standard wiper.
So ive propably seen you there without knowing you were there :D i live right next to hockenheim and im visiting the jim clark revival every year for the past 4 times now. See you next year maybe!
The Audi V8 rubber duck sound is just amazing! Always loved that. I'm missing the good old times when the touring cars were still close to street legal cars.
some legendary machines here, I'd love to have been at this
It's great that these machines, that were once the dream of so many of us, are allowed to once again do what they were built for.
Thanks for the video! This E9 CSL was simply awesome! I showed a photo to my kids and they were shocked that the car was burning. 🙂
Nice report , the eighties and nineties, the era for motorsport.
I've been there on friday, it's an absolutly awesome event. Thank you for the great video!
I see side exhaust flames, I click!
Welch eine schöne und wohl-klingende Parade "echter Autos"... - ein Genuss !
Fantastic cars in this video. Enjoyed it very much.. Thanks. How about a video dedicated to that two wild 635csi BMW"s?
Maybe, but I already did those some years ago.
@@Belgian-Motorsport Never get tired of these cars, I have been watching them for 40 years.😁
Thank you for your video, I love these touring cars so much! 😍

@@iananderson4897 thanks Ian, yes I have since been updated of our old team cars change in livery
When cars actually sounded good ❤
Nice 👍 old-school racing, no Alfa romeos 155 V6 Ti ?
I would also love to see DTM and STW Alfa Romeo 155's in action. Seems they are very scarce in Europe now as well?
There were 2 racing a few years ago. I would also love to see them again.

what is the Skyline doing here?!
I was there and it was cool.
But no Porsche, M1 or Capri
Those are a different class though. DRM.
@@Belgian-Motorsport Hhhm, Starter List mentioned many DRM Cars 1972-1981 over 2 Liter, as the great flaming CSL or the 635. 🤔
