The Georgia hearing could have an enormous impact on the sprawling Trump RICO case. The judge stated it's "possible" Willis could be disqualified from overseeing the case.

He controlled his courtroom at the Master Level, he cautioned Ms. Willis about her interrupting and to keep her explanation in relation to her answers brief. He shut down multiple attempts to open lines of questioning that had been deemed off limits. He put the one male attorney in his place when after they tried to enter questions that had already been asked and shut down, I believe the judge told him to go sit down….
I know it’s human to try to make excuses for why things don’t go the way we expect them to go, we look for scapegoats and fall guys which is one way to cope. I believe the lawyers really did the best they could with what case they have, Ms. Willis may not have written documentation of her financial dealings with Mr. Wade but she’s a respected DA and has been a successful attorney for years. Her public service has been a positive influence in her community. Unfortunately for you folks who are unhappy with this legal proceedings that Ms. Willis is very smart and listens carefully to the questions put to her.
-- You know what would be good? If instead of questioning these folks about their personal lives that if we could use those 8-10 lawyers to knock down the 30-33 open police related incidents to zero. I’m sure Ms. Willis’ office would pay each of them $60/hour for their time.
It is the judges job to keep the witness on track; answering yes and no questions with a yes or a no. Huge leniency from this judge shows he is trying to give Fani the utmost chance to talk her way out of this bear trap she built for herself. Judge is corrupt.
@@paulduffany5914 Ms. Willis isn’t on trial. The burden of proof is higher to remove her from the case than it is for a criminal or even a civil trial matter. I agree that he should be shutting her down more but if it’s anything objectionable then you better believe that it’ll be objected to before long. I don’t think the judge would leave himself open to any legal challenges like “judge is corrupt” especially in an election year nor in a case that’s inclusive of Donald Trump…

No public citizen could ever act like this, no lawyer could make comment outside of saying objection even her lawyer gets to speak out of turn. Geez any normal person would be in contempt within the first question she avoided answering by arguing, screaming, or talking in circles. Yes or no is all she is supposed to say- not argue constantly. Not back talk or argue her side while being questioned by the opposing counsel. You have an opportunity to give your side when your own counsel asks you questions. The fact that the judge lets her act out like this is unacceptable.

This is very sad to watch the entitlement, unprofessional, hypocrisy attitude of this DA; wonder what she would say if anyone else said that in one of her trials-she is named on the court documents and has a defense attorney and has an obligation to answer to the public for her actions as DA and for every dime spent from Taxpayer money -She took oath to uphold the US Constitution in the capacity of state government official, as an officer to the court, and as a public servant to the people of the state of Georgia when she swore to uphold her oath. As American citizens, It is our First Amendment right under the US Constitution to redress our government; and to see how our money-Taxpayer Dollars are being spent. Also, The Georgia Constitution & under GA law, gives citizens right to request the records for how our tax money is spent. An elected, Taxpayer paid officer of the court acting like an entitled, disrespectful to the court & a defiant child is unacceptable-that’s a hypocrite, immature behavior and unprofessional. We the People, Taxpayers of Georgia and across the USA are the ones who are entitled to have our elected officials uphold their oath to office under the US Constitution, answer our questions about how our tax dollars are spent and with expectation of being answered in a professional manner.

Fani doesn't listen to a thing the judge instructs her "not to do." She ignores him, and then turns around to ramble on and on to a yes or no question. Her behavior not only indicates disrespect for the court, it is also defensiveness which is a sure sign of guilt!
The taxpayers of Georgia and Fulton County paid this woman's gigolo lover close to $600,000 AND paid for their hookups in hotels and the condo she rented. Regardless of whether she is disqualified from prosecuting this case she has violated many issues related to both the Fulton County code of ethics and the State of Georgia requirements on disclosures of personal relationships with government contractors. This is classic case of a clear conflict of interest. This is an egregious breach of ethics and fiduciary responsibility. This is also a violation of the state bar code of ethics. When this over she will lose her job and maybe be disbarred. No matter what you think of Trump. This was a flawed prosecution; she was a flawed prosecutor, and this stinks all the way to the end. Once again Teflon Don will likely get away with this not because he is "innocent" but because they mishandled this about as badly as it could have been. She was an over ambitious woman that tried to take on an extremely powerful man. The President of the Unted States (no matter who he is) did not get there without some very powerful friends. She was naive to think she was going to sail through this. She should have known that she needed to be beyond reproach. She was taken in by the mainstream media, the dem echo chamber and the overall dem. party's desire to get him however they could. The worst part is that there likely were other qualified prosecutors that could have tried this case and not had this baggage. In the end her behavior has been deplorable, and she will be sanctioned by the GA State Bar. One other note; when she says "I will not emasculate a black man" this is a racists statement. Why does she say it like that? by inserting race into that comment, she shows her true colors. She sees things as Black and then "other people".
