Hi Richard, your new video series is awesome! We really love the quality content and the consistency of your presentations. Keep it up you’re doing a great job. 🤩 💯Looking forward to the next informative video.
Thank you so much!! I need the encouragement. I have to shift in my work so it takes a bit of confidence and faith so your comments are very helpful. Keep watching, please!
Thanks again, Richard. I have done some of the things you have suggested but the one that I think is most important is to find an area in Italy that satisfies the main criteria for looking to buy in Italy. I was so pleased to see your new effort to provide videos and advice for those of us looking at Italy as your website and presentations were one of the first I came across a couple of years ago. All the best and yes, we do want to see more of the magic that you are creating.
Thank you so much, Graham. This is so valuable at this point, any point. I need to know the info is useful and you have confirmed that. A lot more videos coming so please keep watching and I hope you find what you're looking for. Thanks again! Richard
Excellent advice. Piemonte is a lovely region. I used to live north of Piemonte in a town called Aosta. I left with my parents when I was a young man. I can't wait to return to Italy and buy a property in Piemonte, Toscana, Umbria or Puglia. Or one in each of those regions, given Italian real estate is very affordable compared to America, Canada and Australia.
Ah you should! My ancestors came from Sicily and here feels like home - Sicily is a bit too 'real' for me! But I intend to get down in the Summer to try to discover some of my roots. Hope you can come!
No, I’m a consultant. I assist buyers and work closely with agents so everyone can be confident. Thanks for the question! I am planning on making a video to explain exactly how I work and how I assist the buyer. Thanks for commenting! There are details on my Website about how I work.
