The human brain cannot ever be satisfied. It’s not the same anymore. I cant even enjoy playing games, watching movies/anime more than an hour until I get bored or get dark thoughts. They call it depression but it’s more the lack of fulfillment.

you have to constantly try new copes and find things you love and mix it up but also dont give up on being social i strongly advise you to try having a few beers at a bar here in there and embarissing yoiurself at karioke or any local activites you can and try being the one to initiate conversations maybe make a game of it try to get a free drink cigarete or food item from a random person or learn a cool story from them. isolation days are okay isolation weeks months and years are bad as it diminishes your social abilitys and makes you way weirder and that can become a big hill real fast. push buttons you already at rock bottom its only up from here homie. your a good dude i genuinely like you so dont beat yourself up and if you must hold the wet end of the shit stick and do more work in a friendship then endur it and branch out your network to better humans. love u misato stay strong bro

Also conversation books are boss weapons but bear in mind people now are super stupid so not all of that bright minded connections techniques work. I'm working on a video with all my wisdom and regrets and all about going through your 20s being that mine are just about to end
