ROUTE 2: VIA JAMUNA AND MABU
There will be no motorbikes permitted in the Sandakphu VIA INDIAN route. From the Sandakphu checkpoint, which is 31 kilometers before Sandakphu and 3 kilometers before Chitrey, many bikers were desperate about this but via Nepal route, you can ride up to sandakphu. The high summit of Sandakphu or Sandakpur (3636 m; 11,930 ft) is located in the Singalila Ridge, which separates India and Nepal. It is also the highest peak in both the Indian state of West Bengal and the ridge. The elevation features a tiny settlement and a few hotels on its summit and is situated on the edge of the Singalila National Park. One can see Everest, Kangchenjunga, Lhotse, and Makalu from its summit, four of the world's five highest peaks. A stunning view of the entire Kangchenjunga Range is also provided.

It would be a help if, from where to get permit on both routes & what are the fees per day. What documents do I have to keep for permit. Is there any need for currency exchange ? If so from where can I exchange.

I call Royal Riders Siliguri(Bike Rental shop) they told me that I can take my brother's bike as well as their rental bikes too

@@utopia2cademy setting works everywhere. I think they can manage something which is out of my knowledge but when i went they checked my own documents and matched with the vehicle documents.

In the Indian side people claim that bikers make the Sandakphu route dirty and make noises so they banned it.
