Daaaaamn, the intro jam is one of the best I’ve heard in a hot minute! You absolutely KILLED it man!!! All the Neo soul embellishments and double stops, the chord voicings, the repeating themes, fucking stellar.
Just got one 2nd hand- gloss black, with the stair-step tailpiece-great guitar! This thing still had plastic on the pups and pickguard. It'll play anything YOU can play. And it's got 'Art Deco' all over it! Love it!
Being a lover of Art Deco I must admit I bought one purely on looks. But I was very pleasantly surprised. Plays as well as any guitar I have ever played. Better than my 1989 335.
Thanks for a great video, I have this exact guitar and (Really) like it a lot. The weak part, IMHO, is the Tuners. Apparently it's a common complaint about them staying in tune. I have a (lot) of guitars and it's by far the worst in this area. I was hoping that someone may be able to tell be what "Locking" tuners would be a (Drop-in) fit for mine. Thank you, so much, for any help...

how does the fingerboard feel? does it have the scratchy Epiphone/squire feel?
The fingerboard on this one feels great, not scratchy to our fingers.
Do you know if there's any difference between this standard tailpiece and their stairstep tailpiece besides the looks?
We haven't had the chance to play one with the stairstep tailpiece, but the standard stopbar on ours has been great.
