I have been watching your videos for quite some time, i want you to know that i do very much appreciate you spending your time and trouble to help others on their struggle to repair what is not working. In all the years of repairing small engines mowers and other yard tools i have only come across one that caused me to loose sleep and finally threw it in the garbage can, three days later it hit me like a ton of bricks, someone before me removed the flywheel and did not put it back correctly, it's something i rarely run in to or even see from anyone i know, that's why it evaded me, it would almost start but would not keep running. Today i no longer clean carbs. it is cheaper and better to replace the carb. i found lots of good dealers on amazon that charge a little bit more than the cost of carb cleaner. Iam however getting quite the collection of used carbs. and might invest in a sonic cleaner , once again thank you for all your help .

Good video, no nonsense, no annoying background music/noise. Could have been a little bit better had you called out the sizes of nuts and screws ( torx, Phillips etc.? ) Viewer then can prepare to have pertinent tools already laid out for efficiency.

I also changed the spark plugs and fuel filter. Now it doesn’t start. Is there anything I should be checking?

Nice video, except...you skip over the part where the starter is reinstalled. At 5:22 you're connecting the ignition wires andthe starter is still off, and then you move to reinstalling the top cover and the starter is already mounted.
