    Nice video and good tip! I also use the extremity dead zone to good effect in MSFS. It reduces that overzealous elevator to an even greater effect IMO. A nice negative 20 to 30% usually gives a good feeling depending on the plane. For example, if you put it to 20% then 100% of your physical yoke pull only equals 80% in-game pull. It really allows me to keep the sensitivity curves a tiny bit flatter.

      That’s a really good tip! I may have to add to this video and I’ll give you a shout out!

      I did the same with mine. For the bonanza 100% physical movement is around 40% in game for me. The only side effect i found is that its hard to practice power on stall because you cant get the angle of attack @nocturnalsimulations

    It works ! thanks.... any idea why my SIm keeps crashing ? started recently. Not much sense as I have added 3 new downloads, FBW Injection, OCTAVI, SPAD . . . I did notice the NVIDIA Boost was checked in MSFS - turned it off. Otherwiwse I have loaded SAFE mode and it crashed . WTF any Ideas ? Oh I also use Map Enhancement and have tried using the LINKER for whatever reason - nothing seems to make sense. Have soured the web .. still scouring ....and I do have both feet flat on the floor at all times ! ha made ya look . !

      Have you cleared your rolling cache recently? That seems to be a common fix for a lot of problems. Also ensure your drivers are all updated!

    Can you get rid of the white dot in the middle of the screen when you are in the cockpit?

      I’ll look next time I am on my sim but it should be under accessibility

    I find myself reducing flaps one at a time to manage to touch down before I run out of runway. I doubt this is realistic though.

    • @nocturnalsimulations
      @nocturnalsimulations  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Technically you should be in a landing configuration and stabilized on the approach well before you get to the runway.

      @@nocturnalsimulations I'm quite new so maybe I don't allow myself enough run-up to the runway. I suspect it's also because I hold the yoke back so I land the rear wheels first to get a smooth landing, but this gives me lift and makes me hover a few feet above the ground for too long. Compared to when I start, my landings have improved quite a bit however.

      @@JonJon-dk3nh it takes a lot of practice, and even then you'll still struggle some days! Check out one of my videos I made that covers short field landings as it may help you out some here! Also feel free to join the discord and fly with us during one of our group flights as we can help instruct you during those events too, it's a fantastic place to learn! th-cam.com/video/dZA2VxQgn0w/w-d-xo.html

    Oh yeah, Saitek flight yoke can be way too sensitive.

      Having used the saitek yoke in the past I agree it can be very sensitive
