Is Sosua Dying ???? Compai gives his thoughts, from his experience from the last market down turn.

In this video I give my thoughts if Sosua is dying or just changing. I use my 15 years of doing business in Sosua, and my 35 years as a real-estate investor and landlord as a clear thought of the state of the town and its direction. But, it starts with the tourist and what they expect from Sosua and hopefully the tourist appreciation for the town grows with time spent in Sosua, and how that can enhance the experience or destroy the time spent here. I also touch base on how Sosua's markets have changed from European to North American, from tourism to retirement. Then most importantly I go into what I believe is the direction of the town in the future.
