for the coin boss you can just use bow or any range type but not magic staff weappon after that stand on the bridge but not the inside and then just spam you bow
a tip for the delaware boss is that if you want the golden knight helmet that he drops (100%) you cant hit him off the building or he won't give you the credits for the helmet u have to actually fight him.
I kidna feel like the Crude Knight Reznor is Theif king + Highland warden Cuz it has executioner's greatsword but bigger and it has Theif King movesets

for the shinobi king gun ttack you can just dodge far away as possible since it hit like a melee instead of a range ( it work truth me )

You can't push him off I had a similar issue just use a mage weapon and stand on like the edges of the tower.
