I can agree with most of this list but i have to say resilient is qyite usefull actualy on cata with his annoying grab with which resilient can help aswell as N's spinning move but overall good tier list :D

Well for me i like to use Rude,rampage,fearmonger,Tank And than use weapon with bloodgem tanks build and swarm ring After that everything i see after killing 5 enemy is just gut and blood on my weapon and I LOVE IT Sorry i watch too much Doom guy meme
I feel like Juggernaut's slowness really doesn't effect you that much. At the WORST you're moving at 80% speed which isn't really that detrimental.
I feel like slowness straight up never matters. Like at all, there’s no need to run around in nearly every fight.
Sure the slowness penalty is tiny BUT I hate being any amount of slowness I like having fun going quick

real OGs only know this, if sleight was still here it would massacrate the entire tier list
Vexation is actually for life steal heavy weapon builds instead of builds that require low health tho (because it basically doesn't work)

The old wizardry actually buffed mana blade's damage because it scales off mana
never let him cook again, he burnt the list.
I don't really agree with juggernaut's rating, movement speed doesn't really matter that much should be a tier (Other than that the tierlist is good)
