Sure it did, but they also strategically show you this episode. They pick an area they believe they will get the most effective reactions for their show then show you the reactions you will be most effected by. Of course all the reactions are real, but how many good reactions may have outnumbered these reactions while they show us only a hand full. They have full control in this show and set everything up to get a good show.

Never would I judge either of them. All I'm saying is this show is a show. They want to evoke emotions within us that lean a certain way. We need to be aware of the things that influence us. We need to hold true to our values and freedoms. There is nothing wrong with being gay or straight yet this show targets people in an area they think will not accept gays. I finally agreed to leave the Marine Corps when I realized that they would rather have the drunk wife-beaters (literally) than me, a gay man that wanted to serve my country. I fought (denied) it for over a month before reaching that moment of clarity. I have mixed feelings about a military that boasts one thing but does another.
FUN FACT: In ancient Greece there were a lot of cases of homosexuality in the military, and they actually heavily embraced it. Their mindset was that if the people going into battle cared about each other to that extent, that they would fight with higher performance.

I live in rural NC, this is very common practice. Of 10 million occupants, only a portion live in the big more liberal cities. Education is limited and people are very religious and it's a sad sight to see but frankly very common. I hope more rural areas can become more accepting, it's it's a fault of the government as well. Small towns in the USA have been neglected for years in terms of education, accessibility, and crime rates, people need to stop focusing on areas like state capitals and help spread awareness to the scattered places that have horrible internet and only a local newspaper to go off of.

I agree with you. My father told me that I'm not allowed to date a black person till I turn 18 and move out. He told me he would only see me at Christmas though if I did date one. I agree 100% even if the law is changed. People are attracted to a certain gender because that is who they are attracted to. I have gay and straight friends. Never would I judge either of them. All I'm saying is this show is a show. They want to evoke emotions within us that lean a certain way. We need to be aware of the things that influence us. We need to hold true to our values and freedoms. There is nothing wrong with being gay or straight yet this show targets people in an area they think will not accept gays. I finally agreed to leave the Marine Corps when I realized that they would rather have the drunk wife-beaters (literally) than me, a gay man that wanted to serve my country. I fought (denied) it for over a month before reaching that moment of clarity. I have mixed feelings about a military that boasts one thing but does another.
FUN FACT:
In ancient Greece there were a lot of cases of homosexuality in the military, and they actually heavily embraced it. Their mindset was that if the people going into battle cared about each other to that extent, that they would fight with higher performance.

The Spartans and roman soldiers actually believed gay couples were best because they create a love bond between soldiers that could never be broken. The fact that some costumers asked for their faces not to be shown and their voices altered, just PROVES that they know they're in the wrong. This episode made me really upset, there were only two good tables and everyone else was awful.

I live in rural NC, this is very common practice. Of 10 million occupants, only a portion live in the big more liberal cities. Education is limited and people are very religious and it's a sad sight to see but frankly very common.
I hope more rural areas can become more accepting, it's it's a fault of the government as well. Small towns in the USA have been neglected for years in terms of education, accessibility, and crime rates, people need to stop focusing on areas like state capitals and help spread awareness to the scattered places that have horrible internet and only a local newspaper to go off of.
