KULOT - Isang dokyumentaryo tungkol sa pamumuhay ng mga Aeta

People are too engaged living with the advancement of technology. Different types of innovative machinery that make people’s lives better also create problems that never existed prior to the modern world. Another way of life, contradictory to today’s living, still exists. Haduan village is a tight-knit community that works together in order for their village to grow, prosper, and progress. Within the community are, as mentioned above, the Aetas. They engage in living a simple life making happiness and survival their main objectives. This documentary signifies the life of the Aetas and how they are able to achieve happiness with such little desires and how it can be compared to today’s modern standard of living.
Expanding businesses and companies are in favor of owning more land. Clark, a developing city, is experiencing growth in terms of economy. Properties are being bought for the construction of infrastructures. These properties include that of the ancestral lands of the Aetas. The lives of the Aetas are gradually changing, and are being affected by the different influences outside their own community. This documentary aims to present the perspective of the Aetas, how much is being taken from them, and how their lives are being unfairly mistreated and entice people to take action against the oppression of this indigenous group.

Tutal sa lupa ang pinanggalingan ng kabuhayan nila. Sana ay may mga alaga silang kambing, manok at kung pwede kalabaw para may magamit sa pagtatanim ng halaman. I LOVE my Aeta brothers and ssisters! We need to support them and urge the government (and the people) to help them, especially with their kids' education. Some programs abroad allow poor locals to apply for money that can help jumpstart their business. For example, a 10k amount could help them set their own shops and stores like sari-sari stores.
