Thank you, Paul. I have always had trouble trying to visualize the two-part mold process for making a window unit. This helps me greatly. Cheers!!!
Thank you very much
Thanks Paul for sharing your knowledge.
Thank you very much

Absolutely fascinating! I don't think I could ever do that, but it was great watching a master craftsman. Thanks Paul, for a great video.
Thank you very much
I really must give that a try, getting some screens can be difficult and this solves the problem, thank you !
I cordially encourage greetings from Poland
Some just aren't available. I restored a Matchbox #44 GMC refrigerator truck. Window was cracked, (roof was bent) and I would have liked to replace it, but not available by the parts suppliers I have checked so far.
Thank you very much
Always amazed at your work. Thank-you for this video.

Superfine Windows video. 👍👍 Thank you Paul. 👍👍 💖💖💖💖💖
Thank you very much
crazy awesome … thanks for sharing your knowledge 'n technique, paul!
Thank you very much
Cool! I just made some windshields for my redline T-birds and Cougars. I had an issue with the resin not wanting to harden though and the dye kept going to purple instead of blue. I also made molds with high heat silicone Mold Max 60 and made some hoods from Pewter made with Tin and Antimony. It's tougher than the solder they use for reproduction hoods. I can melt those with a hairdryer, Pewter I can put in the oven and bake the paint. LOL Thanks for the vid, Cheers!
Hello, you are right with small forms sometimes there are problems resin may not want to cure you have to mix for a long time. Remember to measure the proportions very precisely. I do it for 10 minutes before pouring. I have no problem with dyes. Best wishes
What a fantastic video!
Thank you very much Mark

Witaj, Paul. Pozdrowienia z Cuxhaven-Paul.👍👍👍😁🎄
Hello, Paul. Have I ever told you what an incredibly great artist you are? The "Paul da Vinci" of restoration. My honest respect. Thanks for sharing, nice weekend and a nice second Advent. Greetings from Cuxhaven-Paul.👍👍👍😁🎄
Pokazuje z jaką radością i "krwią serca" pracujesz nad rekonstrukcją. Miłego weekendu i czekam na następny film. Pozdrawiam Paul. 👍😁
This is beyond restoration. You’re a manufacturer!
Thank you very much
Serdecznie witam
No i wiadomo, efekt końcowy rewelacyjny!
Ps.
Pozdrawiam serdecznie
Dziękuję bardzo
You never fail to amaze and I will admit I have been wondering if you would get round to transparencies fascinating 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you very much
Awesome 👍
Thank you very much
Wspaniała robota :-)
Dziękuję bardzo

Those came out amazing! Thank you so much for sharing this technique. I'll definitely will try this in some future builds 🍻
Thank you very much
Super Dzieki!

Sehr schön, Bravo
Vielen Dank
been doing this to using millput to fill big holes and sand polish then make molds
It's interesting. Best regards
@@PaulRestorer also i do lost wax cadting yo make small metal parts . Silicon molds to make a wax item like a door etc then pour plaster etc heat the wax out pour metal . Etc
Impecable work. Congratulations! Can it be done with a batmobile window?
I think so. Best regards
Witam.
What mold material do you use? Great video....
Thank you. I use molding silicone MM940 to make molds. Greetings from Poland
zostawiam like i oglądam ten filmik
Dziękuję bardzo
Bardzo fajne te formy do samochodzików matchbox , no pierwsza klasa.

Oh, thank you!
How many times can you use a mould? Do they deteriorate?
Thanks
Impressive
Thank you
Great Video! Thank You for sharing. You ever sell your molds? I'd be interested
Thank you very much. Please write me an e-mail if you would be interested, Regards

I'm surprised more restorers or customizers don't use this.

Ciekawy film Paul! Wiadomo like# 3majsię przyjacielu!
Dzięki wielkie
*I've wanting to to this for years, but nobody makes a detailed list with links to products used*
Great video Paul. It seems like you can make, just about *anything* for a Matchbox now. Have you tried doing metal parts yet?
Hello, I tried in a Volkswagen 1200 movie I made a tailgate (bonnet) and in a Ferrari F1 movie I made a passenger making large metal parts requires a lot of equipment. Best regards
Awesome :)
Thanks
This is amazing work Paul I can only hope I can get to this level at some point. It's a good job you don't live in the UK I would be knocking on your door a lot to seek advice lol......kind regards PJ
Thank you very much
Dobry film, a Twoje wyniki mówią same za siebie.
Życzę miłej niedzieli Paul. Pozdrowienia Joachim
Vielen Dank
Hey paul brother awesome and interesting video very cool enjoyed watching.. see you :) :D
Thank you very much
I need to do this for a K7
Hello, unfortunately I do not know this model. Best regards
@@PaulRestorer it's from the Matchbox Superkings line, it's the car transporter.
Very nice! For how many castings will one mold endured?
Thank you very much. The manufacturer writes that the form can withstand 15 times and on some I've already done over 30 and nothing happens. Best wishes
Paul Restorer Wow, that’s really cool. Thank you. Do you sell molds?
no I don't sell But believe her it is very easy once you try and you will do it all the time Best regards
Paul Restorer I will try it, thank you very much for the awesome video as a guide.
Amazing.....what type of silicone do you make the moulds from? .......The pink and blue
Thank you very much. I use MM 940 molding silicone
Nice
Thanks
Z tymi bąblami to jest różnie. najprostsza pompka jakiej używałem to oczywiści do małych ilości żywicy to szklana buteleczka z grubego szkła z hermetycznym korkiem. Pozdrawiam serdecznie
Paul Restorer a co sądzisz o zastosowaniu naczyń próżniowych z pompką?
love your videos my friend :)
Thank you
First and very interesting video's
Thank you very much
Cześć, łapka poszła.
Dzięki.
Nicely done. But what do you do when the "windows" you want to make are missing from the toy vehicle you are refurbishing? How do you make such windows then?
Thank you very much. If there is no pattern, then there is no way to make a matrix. You can try to bounce the mold inside the body. But it is very hard and requires a lot of work. Best wishes
Kciuk w górę zostawiam i pozdrawiam ☺️ 👍
Dzięki
Wonder if you can just vacuum form a new window.
Hello . I am preparing for vacuum trials. There must certainly be another form. Best wishes
Hi have you ever done the Greyhound bus window
no, not yet
Hallo Paul
Ich wünsche dir einen schönen 2 Advent.
LG Michael
Vielen Dank Michael
good evening brother !
