That would be perfect for a ski doo to pull into some lakes. I'm gonna build one👍👍👍👍👍

Any idea on the weight? And what thickness of plywood did you use for the folding sides?

Though it was two of us setting this hut up, it can be done with just one person.

Sorry for the late reply. Shack is 8x6. 6 ft 5 inches tall on the inside. Sorry I don’t have any plans to share. Just did it in my head as I went along. Pulls easily with quad or snowmobile. Inside has the commercial black plastic round hole covers and adjustable rod holders. Slide windows for light when you need/want it. Also put white puck board on the bottom of the skids so it slides easily on the snow and ice.

      stupid people stupid questions
      lower center of gravity
      aerodynamic
      portable
      saves space
      saves gas
      used in truck bed
      used on a trailer
keep camping gear, food, water, bed,
supplies, toys ready to go at a moment's notice

Sorry for the late reply. We live in a very windy area. We have been with people that were towing shacks across the lake and the shack ended up pulling the quad backwards on the lake, because of the wind. Folding it down allows for less wind resistance for your quad or snowmobile. Also better for towing down the highway on a trailer.

@@tanisbeazer8573 a good idea if you decide to leave the shack on the ice is to put anchor points on the shack, drill holes beside and drop chunks of chain into the holes and let them freeze into the ice, when its time to move the shack you just use a tiger torch to extract the chains
