I started working last year during September month after 3 months of working I had 2 tachycardias I went to my doctor my heart was fine it was my thyroid all over the place I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism after 7 months of more studies and right medication I’m finally stabilized and I’m back swinging with your workouts it feels so good to be back. I've been on the morning workout bandwagon for about 6 months now. I couldn't handle the 5pm gym rush anymore so I said F it and started going around 7:30am and it feels so much better. I do feel like I would perform better with more food in me, but not having to worry about going to the gym after work and getting those post-gym endorphins early in the morning feels amazing.
Love doing bent rows. When i do reverse grip i like to use the EZ bar though...Rows are one of the best movements you can do for the back,secondary arms..
one thing ive been doing is super setting lat pulldowns with pullovers using that vulken rope you suggested back in the day. really helps isolate the two different parts with the pre exhaust from one helping focus the other.
Try taking electrolytes in the morning before training (if you don't already). Switch to early morning workouts and found it helped massively with the light-headed feelings

I start training at 5:30 every morning - no way I can get the same workout in after work. Pre-workout definitely is useful though lol.
Pre workout with meal included gives me around a 10% boost. I never train without those and if I do, I go light just to get a pump and feel better.
