You guys are cowboy haters no matter what just came to comment no need to hear your analysts especially from some chick that thinks she knows what she’s talking about 😂😂
Shady it ain’t getting no better with the Zebras,,,That was Embarrassing for the League,
The question is what if there was no penalty?
Leave Jalen alone it was the defense and I'm a 49ers
Everyone seems to forget the tripping penalty being called on the wrong team. If Hutchinson is flagged, the game is over, no chance for the lions to get the ball back. Mike McCarthy has horrible clock management, however Dan is being let off the hook. All he had to do was kick the PAT.
Because it's the Cowboys...any other team, that'd be the topic. Both were bad calls but the right team won because it should have been 23-13. That's what everyone would have talked about
Exactly
None of them wanna talk about that
I think they missed an offside call on Dak's pick too that would have really changed the trajectory.
I was thinking the same thing…. Lions didn’t get robbed but the wrong call got called at the wrong time….lol

A tripping penalty is no where near as important as actually wiping points off the board
The point being made is that it would not have happened period.
@@danritter2488 not true lions still would of had time to score

That wasn’t an incorrect call though, that was called completely as it should have been, no matter how you feel about the NFL’s fumble through end zone rule being stupid
@@marcusmcgraw3519I’m a cowboys fan and I agree. That’s the rule. It sucks but that’s the rule when you fumble into the endzone

Idont get that rule. Because if a player fumbles at lets say the 50yrd line and rolls 5 yards up and out. Wouldnt they mark it back to the where he fumble? So what makes it any different from a endzone??
Now they wanna talk about bad calls when it benefits the Cowboys☠️they didn’t talk about it when the eagles and other teams were getting bailed out

Shady was more than fine when the Refs were helping out the eagles. 🤣
Richard Sherman made a great point on Undisputed. The deception attempt by the Lions was futile because the refs tell the defense who’s eligible anyway AND they announce it over the PA.
OK, and... What's you're point. Detroit didn't invent this tactic. Heck GB tried it against Detroit last season. So what are you trying to get at?
@@Lionize728 he's getting at the point that if your team tries to confuse the other team so many times in one game, you run the risk of confusing the refs as well. It is a very cheap way to try to win a game.

Exactly correct. Detroit got burned by their own attempt at subterfuge. The sent 3 players to the ref in the hope of confusing the defense as to who was reporting. They ended up confusing the refs. The irony is quite priceless.
If the tripping call wouldve been called on the right team before all this, this wouldnt be an issue. They should probably bring that up, but won't...

Nope, because then it would show the Cowboys were the ones who were almost robbed. And we can’t have that can we?
Lol y’all have to be kidding me. That kind of wrong call happens, no one is saying anything because it is not a big thing. However that flag on the Lions was one of the most egregious calls I ever seen. Literally took the victory away from the Lions despite them doing everything right and handed to dallas. That was so shameful on the NFL. You cowbum fans who feel other wise, did you have that same energy about Dez Bryant, when that catch was ruled incomplete?

@@JP-gs9wv yall aint run no lineman play
Why aren’t any of these shows highlighting the blown call that enable Lions to be tin the position at the end of the game. IF the refs called the correct tripping call with 2:00 left in the game the Cowboys would have had 1st and 10 on the Lions 14 /2 yard line…and drained the clock = No chance for the Lions to even be in the game.
I guarantee you both #68 and #70 knew exactly what was going on going into formation that they both heard the ref announce "#70 is reporting as eligible" and try to get a no call they lost the bet.
It’s like James bradberry in last years Super Bowl on the holding penalty. He said he thought the refs wouldn’t call it because of the time in the game. He gambled and lost, same thing lions gambled and lost.
Exactly and now they want to cry and play victim
If they called tripping on Hutchison instead of hendershot we aren’t talking about this. Also the lions were lucky not to be down 14-3 if it weren’t for the fumble touchback by lamb. Lions lost deal with it.
So the offensive guys on the panel say they got robbed and would’ve scored and the defensive guy says if they knew to cover him they’d had stopped him. Interesting dynamic there.
The refs called tripping on Dallas when it was Detroit that kept Dallas from running out the clock. The game was called bad in general.
Acho got this one correct, glad he didn't give in to McCoy. McCoy just mad cause he hates the Cowboys 😂😂
Had they converted that 2pt after the missed incorrect tripping that would have end the game with a cowboys win, no one would be crying. It’s only because the cowboys won.

By this logic, we should take away 7 points from the Cowboys for the obvious hold on the 92 yard TD. We can't go over every play and decide after the fact. Point is, Detroit put Dallas to shame and it took the refs to bail them out again.
It wouldn't have come to them scoring if they would have gotten the tripping call right to begin with!!
The Lions should’ve never had the ball because they called tripping on the wrong player. Let’s just say the 2 points did count..The Cowboys still have 23 seconds left. Dak and CD were cooking the lions all game, and Aubrey is good from 65

And no one talks about the phantom tripping call before the 2 minute warning.... All I see is a Lions player [97] stretching his leg a little. and it would be 2nd and 4th
Without that, the Lions most likely wouldn't have gotten the ball back!
they said that 70 was eligible not 68 if they did reverse it they would have guarded 68 and he wouldn't had caught it and the lions heard the refs say that 70 was eligible and didn't double check that they got the right guy thats on the lions
Exactly so if they know to watch 68 Reynolds across the middle isn’t Double his wide tf open that’s there exact point you doof
That's what I've been saying. If number 68, 70, any of the Lion's players or any of the Lion's sideline heard the ref announce 70 eligible over the speakers which he did, why did they not run up and tell the refs he called the wrong players number? The Cowboys had called a timeout before the play so the game clock and play clock were both stopped so the Lions had plenty of time to correct the ref, but they didn't.
Per a source with knowledge of the situation, the NFL does not plan to change the procedure for players reporting as eligible. The league views the situation as an effort by the Lions to engage in deception and gamesmanship that backfired," Lions play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
I don't know how Shay keeps his job. He his horrible. He doesn't make a legitimate point here. Regardless, the refs would have to announce the eligibility of the lineman. Shady's hate for the Cowboys is clear. Had this been the Eagles, he would have defended the refs stating: " a win is a win". Pathetic!!!
The refs literally called out on the loud speaker that #70 was eligible everyone in that stadium heard it. What did the lions coach do? Nothing he let it ride knowing the refs were mistaken. If the refs called out #68 as eligible the Cowboys would have covered him and he wouldn’t have converted. The dude was wide open because only the lions knew what was up. The defense has to be told before hand
Guess what, we can talk about it till we're blue in the face the Cowboys got the W. If the roles were reversed everyone including Shady would be telling the Cowboys to stop whining you loss
Exactly 💯 on the money
Yes the ref made a mistake but also when the Lions did not hear the ref announce #68 eligible over the PA system they could have went back to him. Acho is correct. Everyone is making the assumption the Cowboys would not have guarded him. If you look at the previous plays when #70 declares himself eligible, the Cowboys accounted for him and even on that play they did as well so the probability is likely they would have guarded #68 but no one knows for sure. And like Joy said they should have kicked the FG
And how yall just gloss over the ref giving the wrong penalty for trippin to Hendershot NOT Hutchinson. The game would have been over and everything above WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPEN. Cowboys almost got robbed because of the refs. Start telling the whole story please.
Acho got this right!!! Finally someone with an accurate take.
No sir he don't 😂

Wow!! So the phantom trip not gone be talked about also Mike game situation was a factor to. Also in those situations. DQ needs to tell Parsons & Law to switch ends because that's what caused Parsons to jump offsides cause he couldn't beat the RT. It's a lot the Cowboys can & will correct when it's time to that will make them better. But like Acho said which the Refs have to tell the defense anyway that's Law. They're should of been 68 only. Nobody mentioning the tripping penalty which would of ended the game and the lions had a chance to correct the refs when they called out 70 was eligible and they didn’t do that
Let's say for the sake of argument, you're right about the "attempted tripping call." Whose to say Dallas would have ran the clock out? Detroit could've caused a fumble or intercepted another one of Dak passes. Whose to say that call would have ended the game!
@MRSE.V.MrsE.V. Whose to day the Lions would've scored on the 2 point conversion if the refs had reported who was eligible correctly. We can live in what ifs. At the end of the day the Boys won.
They couldn't have "corrected" the official once it was announced because A. They had no time outs and B. correcting the official would have been like screaming to Dallas "We're throwing to #68 and we just want to make sure you're all clear on that." Once Allen told Dallas the wrong reporting # that was a dead play walking and Detroit couldn't do anything about it. Without time to change the play and bring it different personnel the only way Detroit could get another shot at the conversion was to commit the illegal formation penalty (in Allen's mind) to force another play.

Shady didn't hear a dam word what Ocho said, Shady says look at the tape there not guarding 68, well of course not because the ref didn't report # 68 as eligible. If the ref told the Cowboys defense, # 68 is an eligible receiver then a red flag goes up and the defense would say, hey gaurd and cover 68 because he's probably going out for a pass.
I love how they don't even touch the tripping penalty called on Dallas' tight end when it was clearly Hutchinson which made it where they had to go for a FG.
Shady and James takes were horrible. You can’t assume they would or would not of guarded him - you have the let the cowboys know who’s eligible so they at least have the option.
Agreed, they still need the knowledge on who to guard
So I guess you have to factor cheating or total incompetence by the refs now into game time decisions. You shouldn't have to play a game, at this level and worry about if the refs are going to cheat you out of your win. R efs gave the game to dallas coyboys and changed the playoffs for everyone.

I've always heard that you should never place the final score of a game in the hands of the officials. And that's exactly what the Lions did. The Lions were winning that game, and they let the Cowboys come from behind to take the lead. And they should have kicked the field goal to tie the game instead of going for another 2 point conversion. If they kick the field goal, they go into overtime, and the score is 0-0. What if the tripping call was the last play in the game? The narrative would be different. Should have taken the extra point.
There was a "wrong" call on that tripping penalty and it's totally different from the other "missed" calls earlier in the game. But it doesn't hide the fact that McCarthy's clock management is very very poor. At 1st and 25 with less than 2 minutes left, and in FG range, with 2 timeouts, they had 4 chances to run the clock. Their K, Aubrey, is the best in the league.
Yea that tripping being called on the wrong team was far more egregious than the 2pt fiasco. I've only heard the trip be mentioned once by sports media and it was quickly moved past. That being said though McCarthy should've stuck to the run even after that call and got in field goal range

Without that terrible trifling called on the wrong team…the lions don’t even get that chance…
Didn’t even really have to watch Shady response to know he was gonna say dertot got robbed and now he wants to blame refs and his team got multiple breaks from the refs
These fools said nothing about the wrong man being called for tripping that resulted in the Lions getting the ball back!
Officials MISSED the tripping call on Hutchinson. They called the foul on the Cowboys.
GOOD JOB ACHO!!!! STOP HATING SHADY!!!! THE CONTROVERSIAL 2 POINT PLAY SHOULD NOT HAPPEN BECAUSE HENDERSHOT WAS CALLED FOR TRIPPING AND NOT AIDAN HUTCHINSON!!!!!! PLEASE BRING THAT UP ON YOUR SHOW DCAL!!!!!!
The Lions weren’t robbed because
A: They should have NEVER had the ball in the first place!!!
The PENALTY against Hendershot for tripping was CALLED AGAINST THE WRONG TEAM!
Go watch the tape. HENDERSHOT was the one who was CLEARLY TRIPPED!
THAT penalty caused the Cowboys to punt. Giving the Lions the ball.
The Lions did not get robbed bruh. They should have never even got the ball back but they did bc the refs called tripping on Dallas when it was Hitch who tried to trip Pollard. THEN the refs said on the STADIUM SPEAKERS FOR THE ENTIRE STADIUM TO HEAR LIONS INCLUDED, “70 is eligible” NOT 68. The lion still ran the play instead of correcting the ref. Cowboys win, plain and simple.
Why are they saying this was a game winning play? Dallas had 23 seconds and a timeout left. They also have a kicker who hasnt missed in his career and is good from 65-70 at home. To assume this would have been the game winner is just crazy. Not to mention the phantom tripping call that gifted the lions their last drive in the 1st place.
@@Kingwolfie what are you even talking about? They didnt try to go for a field goal. The refs were terrible this game and the lions benefitted more than the cowboys did. I know what a game winning play is and the 2 pt try was not one
@@Kingwolfiewhat are you talking about lol.
And Detroit had 2 more chances after that, to try and score that 2pt conversion
As an eagles fan ya cowboys fans amuse me to no end....if it's the eagles the refs won the game but if it's you guys tho it's only one play. Nfl is rigged until the cowboys win yall some clowns
Hey ,the tripping call
t used to be protocol that the ref turned on his mike and declared the eligible. If a mistake was made it is on Campbell to correct it before the start of the play.
This was not laziness by the ref. It was Campbell's deliberate deception. What the Lions did was deliberate deception. You don't surround the official with three players to confuse him if only one is reporting. The other issue is the official is suppose TO TURN HIS MIKE ON and declare to the world who the reporting player is.Everyone knows and if the ref makes a mistake it is on Campbell to correct him. Detroit deceived both the official and the Dallas defense. Does anyone think the Dallas defense would just ignore the eligible receiver and leave him uncovered with a walk in touchdown. Pure corruption on Detroit. If the phony tripping penalty didn't cause Dallas to have a 1st and 25 instead of a 2nd and 3. This would have never been able to happen in the first place. In fact if Detroit who was guilty of tripping, the extra 15 yards for Dallas would guarantee Detroit would have no time left anyway.
America's Team won! Go Cowboys! The Lions tricked the refs, they tried a trick 'pre-play', and tricked the ref, plain and simple. The Cowboys still stopped them at the end of the day, still had time on the clock and three timeouts.... does anyone know who won the Eagles game 😏??
Now they say Allen wasn't aware of the play because he wasn't in the pregame meeting to hear the play! Since we're talking about robbing. Dallas got robbed too! The tripping call robbed them! Let's speak ALL FACTS!
😂😂😂😂😂So now, iow Shiddy McCoy is saying this
"We dont know if they told the ref #68 OR #70 is eligible"😮
Shiddy's a REAL genius 😉 lol
Cowboys win the game previous drive if tripping was called correctly. Also let’s not pretend like shady wouldn’t have been pushing the narrative that stuff happens in football if that jersey color just happened to be a shade of green 🤫
It back fire on the lions for trying to trick the referee number 70 went in at the last moment going towards the referee to make it seem that he was the one being eligible they tried to trick the referee by having 68 go tell referee that he was eligible but when 70 came in and when towards the referee, referee looked at 70 when he went toward him the referee lions try to set up referee in leaving 68 open they try to pull a democrat moved on the referee! Lol plus they announced it on the speakers so everybody heard that 70 was the right number, they should’ve stopped the play but they did nothing they should’ve said wait wait it’s numbers 68 not 70 but they let the play go on they tried to trick the referee lol 😂
💯%#~ No Lie!
Still not talking about the messed up tripping call that would have pretty much ended the game for Dallas. Never would be talking about this.
Funny you're the exact same people that torched Campbell for playing for the tie against Seattle and then losing the coin toss. Can't win with you broadcasters. Also love how this crew completly let's the ref off the hook as if the Lions winning or losing is the real issue here. It's not.
Joy is on that BS on this if i'm the Coach and it went how they said get the call correct . There should be a head judge in the stadium thats watching from the box. Although both teams not kicking field goals early in the game bit both . if we talk man 2 man and u as the ref have selected memory that's a problem . fucc the fine
Detroit tried to trick the Cowboys by sending 3 lineman to ref but end up tricking the Refs. 😂. The coach also is a hothead. The correct play after the flag was to kick the extra point and go to overtime.
The universe has been watching. KICKING the ball to go to overtime isn't how Detroits coach rolls.
Ian Rappaport reported today that Referee Allen infact MISSED the meeting with the coaches where any potential trick plays wouldve been discussed
BUT
All this SHOULD be moot, bc of the prior bad call "tripping plsy" that robbed the Cowboys of running out the 🕒
Detroit would never had gotten the bsll back had the ref called it on Hutchinson, the guilty party
