Yeah I have mixed feelings about the E. I don't think it adds anything to the looks, but it could be useful for brand recognition. Why do you think they should change the brand name?
@@mbshoedoc Elegal sounds like "illegal" or "e-legal". Either way, the name doesn't communicate any impression of high quality craftsmanship or footwear.
@@mtbokor1969 I'm neutral on it. I think it looks better on certain pairs than others but it definitely could have value in name recognition and something unique.
Yeah, I don't think you can beat this pair for mid 200s. I have a boot from them that I'll be reviewing next and it's about $100 more but still a great value.
GY welted shoes start at $250 and then $70 to ship. Add in toe plates and half rubber topy and you are in the mid 3 which is still a huge bargain. I have a pair of lazyman on order from elegal. I hope I love them
@@mubasherkasuri Sorry but this shoe can not be reproduced for $23. The quality leather would cost much more than this without calculating labor costs. Anything costing $23 will be a cheap replica with poor construction and cheap materials.
No I don't think they have a website yet. I found them on Instagram and I see them posting on Facebook as well. They are based in Vietnam but speak good English. I have a third pair from them now and consider them to be very reputable.
@@mbshoedoc yes sir.. same to same.. in my city (kasur Punjab Pakistan) a local manufacturer produce every type of articles... my pair is an authentic cow leather with leather sole same color
@@mbshoedoc sir... I'm living in Pakistan so it can't be Italian its Pakistani.. Moreover, its finishing is fantastic in cow leather... i can share the pic
Beautiful shoes (though I'm not a fan of the E on the heel cap) but they really should change the brand name.

@@mbshoedoc I think the E on the heel cap is cool. I like that he is doing something unique for his brand.
