What to do if u don't have a blender

Buy one ;) we generally recommend KitchenAid but there's some other good brands out there. Here is a good option: amzn.to/3RGRdCX
If you don't want to commit to a stand mixer yet, you can invest in a cheaper alternative like a hand mixer (this one is good: amzn.to/30vPWoX) or a hand blender (this one is good: amzn.to/3bFjypT). Or the cheapest would be a simple whisk like this: amzn.to/3fxVwLC but you'll probably find it hard to reach the right consistency for the egg whites. We recommend copying the recipe as closely as possible for success. Hope that helps!
