While many are critical of the blood expert, he is extremely knowledgeable. Something awful happened in that garage and it happened to Jennifer by Fotis. Did Fotis kill himself for no reason? Michelle Troconis knows what happened to Jennifer. Fotis didn't keep that a secret. Troconis was in the vehicle when Fotis was dropping bloody clean up items in several (maybe 30 or so) trash receptables, all on video, on the day of Jennifer's disappearance and I believe also the next day. If anyone thinks Triconis was oblivious as to what he was doing, well, that's just plain crazy.
Her/Triconis' DNA is on some of the trash bags being dumped and a fingerprint on one I think. This indicates a more active role than just a passenger along for the ride.
I didn't know that. Is there more information about the case somewhere besides the trial? So far, the majority of what I know has come from the nanny's testimony. I'm not from the eastern part of the country, and I wondered if there was a lot of reporting about this case locally, or if I just missed it entirely.
Agreed! This is such a heart-breaking case. To think that 5 children are without either parent now is horrible. On a side note, this has to be one of the most thorough trials I've ever seen. The breakdown of evidence is incredible (pictures, videos, layouts/grids, lab work, etc). There was definitely a lot of time and energy put into this case & trial.
Discussed on L&C, the only issue is the way he discusses every thought when either side objects. It lays out everything, nothing left to imagination. Which makes Appeals much easier to achieve. But he believes it makes the case for No Appeal to be had. In my opinion, I think its problematic.
It always amazes me, from watching so many trials, how so many people, when testifying, cut off the attorneys when they’re trying to ask a question. Lt. Ken Ventresca is a perfect example of it and I feel so sorry for not only the attorney asking the questions, but especially the court reporter trying to type the testimony. This detective was one of the worst at speaking over the attorney. He literally does it on each and every question and as much control and attention to detail this Judge has over his courtroom, I was surprised he didn’t reprimand the detective to wait until the attorney stopped speaking before he started speaking in order to get a clear record of what was being said. It’s so rude when people cut people off and I don’t understand how some people have NO self awareness that they have a problem with doing it….especially as much as this detective does it! UGH! 😩
Same. It's as dry as a sandpapered tongue! You do have to engage the audience and explain things at their level.
So many judgy legal experts in these comments 😂
Reply to Stacey Meadows: re: warm tea--Oh! The cup was stainless? -this is true. Excellent point! You;re right! My husband has a YETI stainless TOO and yup, it keep beverages hot a long time. ok. That answers that question. 👍
Good Lord, this detective looks like Ted Bundy before execution. I kept staring and staring at him and then WHAM.....Now u can't unsee it either.
This judge wants to get to the golf club. He always wants to break off...maybe the driving range is calling...
It was snowing like crazy there, so I doubt it. 😊
PLEAZE....... somebody fix the the mic and disruptive sounds, it's excruciating to listen to!!!
Every other comment is a complaint. Much more annoying than the objections or muffled voice! Sheeesh
Yes...Why do you think that is? I find it off-putting.
The majority of comments here are rude and some are downright mean...even scrutinizing how people look and sound. No one seems to be immune--from the comments about the judge, the lawyers, the breaks, the sound, the expert witnesses. These commenters seem to be easily affronted. Everybody is an expert and thinks they know how to do it better.
Ok ok Fotis killed Jennifer in the garage. What does that have to do w Michelle Triconis??
Jennifer, her name was Jennifer Dulos.
Troconis is charged with conspiracy to commit murder and other crimes on allegations that she helped Fotis Dulos cover up the killing of Jennifer Dulos.
I don't know myself, however I'm guessing something similar to accessory after the fact
They have to first prove a murder occurred in order to link her to it.
@astranaut3967 thank you ❤
Gone girl huh? Sounds accurate. They should keep that juror😅
