Very interesting and helpful video!! I'll definitely keep these tips in mind for future use. A question, when we find ourselves in a sudden negotiation, is it important to make room to prepare (e.g. say to the other party something along the lines of "give me 5 minutes to think through this") or is that irritating towards the others and we should just bear in mind the other 4 tips and go with that?
All very good! It is common sense when explained. I agree that most people do not come close to following the recipe. Finally the family negotiation where one sibling split the upside and paid all of the downside is not a business outcome - sounds more emotional that business. If she was making them whole for the drop in value she should keep all of the the increase in value.
great video, Bob!
Great information...and nice production value as well with many bits of humor!
i like the concept of this video. you aren’t guaranteeing anything but sharing tips on improving a skill that doesn’t receive enough awareness.
Thanks for your comment and hope that you'll continue to find these videos useful!
Nice work, Bob.
Interesting video cousin. Nice little 10 minute crash course in Negotiations 101. Good luck with your You Tube channel.

Trump being the amazing business man he is and an awesome President, he naturally and had already knew knew how to negotiate.
Say more about why you think he knows how to negotiate. I think we disagree!
