    I find it unusual to locate closets behind the bathroom but not a deal breaker. Beautiful home.

      Modern homes have come a long way. People thought half baths were stupid at one time too. I love a closet behind the bath.

    It's common in Texas to have a walk-in closet next to the master bathroom. I like it. It makes it easier to dress after a shower

    I'm in the construction industry. Nice house but priced about $600,000 more than other homes in that area

    You are right, should have a garage door. Having big oversized windows in the closet, is a big no, no for security reasons to me.
    What's the hoa, if it has one? And about 125 to 150k overpriced.

      I agree. No HOA's here and in most of Cape Coral except Condos and one or two gated communities.

    Many things I do not like about this house. 1. Closet location in main bedroom. 2. No view from main bedroom. 3. I hate when you have to go into the shower before turning it it on. Water always comes out cold first.

      Exactly, I agree with your points. Thanks for watching. I try to just show the homes and not critique them too much, I rely on viewers like you for feedback. That way the owners do not get angry with me and I find they listen more to buyers than agents

    A beautiful house. Unfortunately, the details were not thought through, such as the missing garage door... The kitchen looks great at first glance, but such a stove is not possible in this (presumably) high price category, which is a shame. The wardrobe in the master bathroom is also unimaginatively designed. We ourselves own an older house on the canal in the south-west of Cape. We would like to sell this soon and build a new one. However, the new price prevents us from doing so, not because of the purchase as such, but because of the extremely high property taxes. These have more than doubled in the last 10 years. We hope for a crash in real estate prices...

      Yes exactly, all those points you make are correct. if you watch my videos you will hear me always pointing out those things when they exist (like the external garage door) but I never like to criticize the homes the video, I just present them. The kitchen not having a separate oven with glass stove stop was a let down for me as well.       No, it was not built by Arnoldroberts. As a sidenote, Arnoldroberts is my favorite builder in the area area. They actually built my house five years ago for my wife and I.

    Not the best layout….almost at the end of a canal, which will mean stagnant water, over priced. Needs a build dock area with water and electric fro a boat lift…..Property asking price should be $1,150,000.00 as listed and depicted.

      Yes I agree with you about everything. It has be the square footage so maybe a small bit higher than your price considering the current market.👍🏻
