when you guys say stock bottom end is that stock ring gap also? I would love to know how to put together a truck engine this way, there are so many people saying it won't live so how is it done?
Yes we got the engine from a 2500 HD silverado, threw a cam, studs, and heads we didnt open the bottom end. We will make a series on how to build an 8 sec stock bottom end truck.
the camaro guy sed it traps the same at 15 lbs, 18lbs, 22 lbs, it's the lifters can someone explain what he is saying? are the lifters losing oil psi and collapsing ? what would boost have to do with his problems
Hey, its not legal. Technically its a 10.0 cage.This truck was a street truck at one point, had ac sound system and a bed cover. You couldnt see the cage. I have to re-do it if i want to take part in any NHRA sanctioned events.

He has the wrong size pushrods so the preload on the lifters isn't right
