i like the idea of this but that end result looks super washed out. can you lower the brightness of the light to make it look better? is it just camera making it look like that? nice tutorial btw really helpful i just want a better end product 😭
Sorry I forgot to comment on that actually.. It looks better in real life than it does on camera. The recorded footage over-exposes it a bit. That being said it still isn't a sharp image that it produces to be honest. It really depends on the artwork you select - it needs to have good contrast but also be somewhat vibrant in color to get the best results.
I remember seeing the one used in a vid a while ago on bambu website but now I can only see the two you mentioned so maybe its no longer available Edit: he has a link to the bundle in the vid description which has the board used.
I am trying to make a lithophane and ordered the filaments, led board and printed the frame and diffuser. Unfortunately I ordered the 96x144 2 pc board kit. Due to the design of the boards they do not fit the frame I printed. I cannot find a proper frame anywhere online, either on MakerWorld, Reddit or any other site, that fits the 2 pc board design. The connections on the 2 pc boards are different than the 1 pc board so the frame will not accommodate them. I am not good at 3d design so can't make changes or design a new frame myself. Do you have any suggestions?
Sorry I wish I had a solution for you but the best thing I could recommend is to try returning the one you bought and purchasing one that will fit the frame file available or to continue searching for frame print files that can fit. Also, I know you said that you're not good at 3d modeling but you should still give it a try. A design for this shouldn't be too difficult and you can use free software like Fusion 360.
@@Creatorrific I did buy the 1 piece boards. Will hold on to the 2 piece one and try to figure out how to use them somewhere else. What gets me is the 2 piece design comes with an on/off switch but the 1 piece design doesn't. Odd.

What LED package did you buy from bamboo??? Their pictures show a two pack or a four pack not one by itself with a USB connector

I bought the CMYK Filament + Backlight Board bundle. The version you mentioned doesn't look like it's available anymore.

Its telling me i have floating regions any idea why?
I had a similar issue. Try moving it to a different location on the build plate then reslice it. That fixed my problem. Hope this helps.
Why didn’t you just use the maker lab one?
your settings are wrong bro let me help you.
Which part?🤔 These are the settings suggested in the Bambu Lab wiki post.
