- 🍽️ Join K&D Adventures for a culinary journey at The Dining Room, Park Hyatt Sydney, featuring a delectable 6-course dinner with both a cocktail and a mocktail.
Our meal included 2 small bite dishes, 2 entree dishes, 1 main course, and a mouthwatering dessert. As the menu might appear a bit blurry due to the restaurant's dim lighting, here's a breakdown of our order:
🍴 Potato scallop + whipped roe + bottarga
🍤 School prawn katsu + bonito sauce
🍣 Bonito sashimi + nashi + shiso + roe
🥩 Dry-aged rump tartare + classic condiments + s&v matchstick potatoes
🥩 Bone-in sirloin, O'Connor pasture-fed 400g + jus, Gippsland, VIC
🥔 With wildes meadow potatoes + shallot jam
🍰 Raspberry ripe + coconut ripple
Our overall experience was delightful, with a highly courteous and professional team. The highlight? The BEST VIEW of the Opera House. While small bites and drinks have room for improvement, the entrees, main course, and dessert exceeded our expectations.
