Rizk family, your videos always put a big smile on my face! Thank you! If you head up to Eastport Maine, on the Bay of Fundy there is a natural whirlpool called Old Sow. It's quite large at times and amazing to look at. Across from Old Sow is Deer Island, New Brunswick Canada which you can take a car ferry across but make sure you have ID'S to show to border patrol on other side. I love seeing your children's excitement and wonder in everything! You guys are living your best life! Thank you for taking us along !❤️

Oh gun quit..... LOL I live in NewHampshire ... Native American Abenaki tribe,.... the word means “beautiful place by the sea." and the fruits are wild beach plums, pretty sure :)

I grew up in New Hampshire and we always heart it called, oll- gone- quit.
Those flowers almost look like what I know as * Dog Roses * that usually grow wild in hedge rows. 🌹❤️

Oh-GUN-quit is from the Abenaki tribe meaning "beautiful place by the sea".
A lot of New England names are from the various tribal areas.

After high tide, you can find all kinds of creatures, sea glass, shells and of course my favorite small pools to jump in .
Yes, make sure you take a whale watch cruise! And Bar Harbor has a whale museum that won't take you long, and the kids will enjoy it.

If you are heading for Bar Harbor or Acadia Natl. Park, you are headed for my area. I'm in Penobscot and would love to meet you all. I can drive to where you ate camped or a place you are visiting if you make it up in this area along route 1.

(OH-GUN-QUIT) is the pronunciation. If you get chance, eat at Billy's in Perkins Cove. They have 2 parts, fancy dining and eat as you are side. Eat at the line up & come as you are side.

Inmassachusetts we call it O - gun - quit.Abother Maine spot I used to take mykids to is ....Old Orchard Beach. Your kids and adults will love itthere is a campground near by I dont know about rv's

Maine was settled by the French before the English came along. So the town with "it" would be pronounced the French way. But you are so boisterous and full of life, I think you will be forgiven. Such a fun personality.

Yes, Maine has returnable on most drink containers. Also no bags at the grocery store so if you don't want to pay for bags, take your own tote bags.

"OH - GUN - QUIT" beach is a favorite location, though I grew up south of there near Wells Beach. I hope you find lots of shells, sea glass, and fancy rocks to keep for memories. 💯
How long are you staying there? You need to see the woods of Maine on the western side. The views from the hills are breathtaking in the Fall, but summer is great too.

Pemiquid and Reid state park popham beaches if you keep going north in maine are great to visit.
I wish I knew you were up there. I was up there yesterday. I took a long drive up the coast from NewHampshire. I hope you enjoy your stay. Maine has some of the nicest beaches.
The flowers look like what we call dog roses that’s a seed pod when we were kids we used to split them and use the inside as itching powder to annoy your siblings
George George those flowers are wild roses. They grow on our coast going from Maine down into Rhode Island. They are beautiful but pretty thorny. Also if you are hanging out in Maine for a while check out Bar Harbor and Desert Island. The sea food is the freshest seafood and tastes way better than the southern seacoast. Maine is the best. There is so much to see up there and lots of old lighthouses to see like Portland Lighthouse.

Hi George George. I think the reason you see French on the signs is because a lot of French people from Quebec Canada go there on there vacations
It’s an ocean flea, and they come in and out with the tide and burrow into the sand and be honest with you. Those little things in a larger size are edible look it up😂❤❤
We've always called seagulls, dump ducks, cuz if you dont grow up at the ocean to see them, you see them at the dump. Lol

I live near there, YUP water is colder then you are use to LOL But becareful because that water can carry you away in a blink of a eye,.... Also something new to the area are Sharks so please keep your eyes open, they are close to the shore
You should go up to Old Orchard Beach. I suggest Powder Horn Campground. I use to be a seasonal there. Yes a lot of Canadians come down to Maine especially before school starts. Clothes are much cheaper in the states.
So now you have been at the most southern and northern parts of the Atlantic. Which one is your favorite? also that big blue crab you had in the net, was a tasty eating crab!
In Florida we call them sand fleas and they are excellent bait. They can get much bigger.

Sea weed often has air bladders to keep it floating.
You have to eat at the fisherman's catch on Harbor rd . It has the best fried clams If you get to York Maine get some taffy at the Golden Rod.
When in maine you need to find a county fair to go to preferably Bangor State Fair
