I just helped in my first ring recovery yesterday and I now know why you do it for free, what a feeling!! The feeling you get is incredible helping someone desperately trying to find a part of their life and history, they aren't just rings to some. Im glad I needed to get out and get some sun and exercise and stumbled across another person in need, and just happened to be able help them. I was able to locate her wedding ring in the area she was searching in under a minute, using my Nokta Simplex Ultra in the wet sand (freshwater). Keep the awesome vids coming Sean, you are inspiring others to do good things!

I was also had a bad accident at 32 weeks pregnant I also pray not just life flights but car accidents and what ever the situation is.

The metal piece that says "Bring them home" I believe that is Hebrew writing and referring to the the Hostages from Israel.

The item you went sure of to me looks 100% like a spent round (bullet). One side is pancaked and the other still is rounded after leaving the casing.
My thought too....
The dog tag is one designed to support the 100+ Israeli hostages still kept captive in Gaza. The English lettering is a direct translation of the hebrew and says 'Bring them home now'
The Hebrew on that tag translates to “Our heart is captive to her people”. At least that’s what Google translate says.

I was in Englewood/Venice last week! Enjoyed it to the nines! I will say it’s much hotter there than the east coast!But I still love it there!

You probably already know this about earrings… if the post is gold, it’s usually gold. Fake gold earrings usually have a silver colored post (stainless). Just a quick way to tell if it’s real or fake.

I found a ring in the sand at my beach it was so exciting. I didn’t even have a metal detector I just saw it. I didn’t keep it though I put it back in the sand for someone else to find.

Love your videos so much, the water there is so beautiful! I lived in Texas for 50 years and always hated the beach because it was not pretty at all. Riding the ferry into Galveston was the only highlight 😂

You can see the jelly fish pretty easily and they seem to only be in the water at certain times of year

Nice hunt. Been there a few times. Found some nice rings there. Got tossed once. Some fool temp ranger threw me out even after I had permission. Ok though. Had 2 beautiful gold rings in the bag.
"Bring them home" are the words being used to remember the Israeli's captured and taken hostage by Hamas. Part of the on going war today in Israel.
Nickels- is there an arcade or casino nearby. Someone might have gone to one then forgot to empty their pockets. I enjoy your videos. I lived in Ft Myers for 15 yrs but have been in Australia for35. Nice to seethe beaches, Hi from Tasmania😂

If you collect enough gold plated and gold filled jewelry you can extract the gold and refine it into a small bar.

Our only experience is with a junk radio shack one where I tossed 4 quarters in my grass and only found 2!!!!!!!!!! DO you have a video on how to pick a good setup to get started with? I've hunted that state park years ago as well out in the water. You need to be aware if you aren't already that you can get into trouble doing so. I'm not telling you this as someone being a 🍆. But, the park rangers called the FWC on me and they pulled me out of the water and gave me a warning. Fortunately, the officer didn't know the law specifically and so it could have been much more than a warning for me. The metal detecting isn't the problem so much as the digging a hole. From my understanding they can fine you as well as charge you with a felony. Something to think about and that's why I haven't been back. Their uses to be a TH-camr years ago named R Adams that hunted there a lot. He dropped off the radar a long time ago. Look his channel up and see some of his hunts.
I had spoken to one of the rangers on the beach, and he gave us the green light. We even ran into another detectorist out there. I think they just don't want people digging up the beach
@@DetectFlorida I've email the Florida State Parks a few years back. I asked if it was alright to metal detect at coastal state park beaches in the water. They told me no and it's only allowed at coastal state park beaches between the dunes and the high tide line. It sounds like it boils down to the park rangers themselves.

I live and was born and raised in Minnesota, land of 14,000 lakes..We went swimming all the time and never did we swim with any jewelry, watches etc..Why on earth are people swimming with jewelry, money etc? Thats really dumb!
