I hope your kids know how incredibly lucky they are to not only have their main home down in Florida, but also to have a vacation cabin they can go to anytime. Most families are not that lucky. Most can barely afford the one home they live in year round. My mother's sisters had cottages on 2 lakes in the Grand Rapids, MI area: 2 aunts each had their own cottages on Green Lake and another 2 aunts shared a cottage on Barlow Lake. The lakes were probably only 20 minutes or so apart. When we kids were young, we would often spend a month during the summer at Barlow Lake and occasionally visit the aunts at the other lake during that time. Great memories and great places to vacation at. Hope you had a safe trip home! God Bless!
