So since the first shot of the br is accurate and the ogther 2 are usually useless they upped the power, but because the carbine is a spam weapon that is not accurate with the random bullet rng, a 3 round burst make sense for it.
Instead of the normal EMP damage it does to a single enemy with a charged shot in the retail version, in Uncut it takes out multiple enemy's shields at once (nearby enemies)
any testing on that SI soft lock ? i had a soft lock on ORACLE because of the same thing , i had cleared lab completely and half jaw had infectios aggrod to him but they were glitched at the top of the gondola and couldn’t progress
