Sadly many laptop owner dont know cleaning is very important. Many of them using over heating laptop and think that is just too old and then throw that to away and buy new :( This is very good video. I buy HP Elitebook 8470p in year 2012 and this is still very good laptop because i have been cleaning that. 3 years ago i change HDD for SSD what effect for speed very much too.

The HP Manual has you taking out the whole system board to get the heat sink out. In this video he or she only removes the fan.
