I find it hilarious that my first experience of JMR was seeing the Jungle Jumpers win archery. So they have that win going for them, at least.

When the JJ's roast was announced, I could have never expected that it would turn out to be one of the best birthday presents for a JMR fan. You keep outdoing yourself as much as some of these teams keep outdoing themselves in their trashtastic ways. Thanks for all the great content throughout the years ❤
The Jumpers skipping the sand rally to go pub is still one of my favourite JMR moments, I'll be very sad when they inevitably DNQ again and get replaced next year

In the world of Marbula One, there are teams that are considered top contenders and there are others that struggle to make a mark. The Jungle Jumpers fall into the latter category. Outside of 2019, the Jungle Jumpers have been a mediocre team in JMR. They have had a few good events, but those have been few and far between. In fact, their most recognizable event was when they missed the Sand Rally in 2017 because they overslept. The team failed to qualify in 2018, but 2019 was a better year for them as they surprised everyone by winning two events and finishing in the top half. However, that turned out to be a fluke as they failed to qualify again in 2020.
During the 2020 qualifiers, Leap fell off the funnel track due to a track defect, and the Jungle Jumpers were given two extra points. However, they still missed the Marble League by virtue of the tiebreaker. They were then sent to the Showdown, where they finished second, losing only to the Kobalts. However, this was not enough to save their reputation.
The Jungle Jumpers were then given an invitation to Marbula One, which allowed them another chance at competition with the top teams. They sent Hop and Skip, both gold medalists from 2019. Hop had some experience, having won the Summer Biathlon in an intense final over Bonbon. However, this would be the first time Skip would race.
Unfortunately, things did not go well for the Jungle Jumpers. Hop failed to qualify for the first race held at Minty Mania, and Skip had an abysmal race at the O'raceway, never ranking higher than 9th, and finished in 12th, earning them one point. If it wasn't for a late surge, it would've been zero points. This one point ended up being Skip's only point of the whole season.
Hop then failed to qualify again at Honeydome and finished with the worst time of 20 marbles. Skip did better at the Aquamaring, but fell apart going from 6th to 13th, earning zero points. At the halfway point, the Jungle Jumpers were still in last place and had only one point.
Fans had already given up on the Jungle Jumpers, and at the Raceforest, their own track, there were empty seats galore in the Jungle Jumpers fan section. Skip then lived up to the first half of the season and the host curse at the time with another DNQ. Then Hop did something unbelievable - they actually led a race at one point at Momotorway. Unfortunately, they fell to 11th just two laps later and finished in 14th, another zero-point race, which eliminated them from championship contention with four races to go. Skip ran at Palette Park and qualified this time. They were in the top four for most of the race, but then fell to 14th, the JJ's third 10+ spot drop this season and another zero-point race. The Jungle Jumpers had only one point after nine races. Misty Mountain was the Jungle Jumpers' lone good race, as Hop had a respectable 7th place, giving them 8 points. However, that still left the Jungle Jumpers with 9 points with only two races to go. In those two races, Skip had another DNQ, and Hop went from 5th to 13th in the final race, dropping eight spots and earning another zero points.
Altogether, the Jungle Jumpers finished with 9 points in 12 events, which is a 0.75 PPE, worse than any team in JMR history, including the M1S1 Hornets. They had 5 DNQs and 5 races with zero points. Even if you adjusted to include ML points, it would be 2.083 PPE, and with qualifiers, they would've had a grand total of 93 points in 24 events, an awful 3.875 PPE. Even the Limers, who are known for being a poor team, beat the Jungle Jumpers by 15 points! With this performance, the Jungle Jumpers may have been the worst team in the history of JMR.
That Season 2 for the JJ's was for a variety of reasons: Inexperience in lap racing, off-field distractions, their racers being thrown around on the track, loss of fan support.

I think pinky spud we'll remain retired but I sure wished they were technical director for my Oceanics.
I forgot how bad the JJs did with their Marbula One scoring, and I can only hope Thunder and Bolt remember this because they're on the fast track to pulling worse numbers.
Many forget teams final placements in Season 2 all because CCE dominated.

Honestly it's been entertaining to see whether or not JJ's qualify time and time again because it always is by the slimmest of margins.
Also, their consistent nonsense is quite memorable, which is not something you can say about some other basement dwellers.

Actually, the Jumpers don't have the worst point average in jmr history. That honor goes to the Balls of Chaos in Marble ManiaX. In the 8 points in 5 events simulates a 0.625 points per event. Which is THE lowest point average in jmr history.
Actually, 8 points in 5 events is 8/5 points per event, not 5/8. Your math is backwards. (Dw, I do that sometimes too.) So the JJ's still have the worst average of all time.
The funny thing is, 8 points out of 9 came in the same fluke race. Out of the other 11, the JJ's have a real average of .090909.
@@Simbel_82 Look at the Raspberry Racers this year in M1. They scored 10 points. And the Jungle Jumpers scored 9. But if you take the modern scoring system, the Jungle Jumpers would have scored 25 points. that's remarkably bad.
Jumpers and eyes fan here at least the eyes are good and the jacks are back so I guess I no longer have only 1 team to root for and 1 comedy act to watch I have at least 1 team to root for and at least 1 comedy act to watch depending on how the jacks do lol

The Jungle Jumpers just exude Jets energy. Only competitive in lower tier competitions, middling at best and digging their graves at worst, and only saved from complete ridicule by other teams imploding in fantastic fashion.
It really says something when our most defining moments have been Not Showing Up and finding a way to be the only team to ever DNF Funnels.
At least we outlasted the Quicksilvers, I guess.
I love the color green, the shades of grass and leaves. It's the main reason I first picked the Jumpers. Now, though, I almost hope you get relegated so we have a chance at seeing a different green-themed team appear, one that isn't as yellow as the Limers or Green Ducks.
Can't even say we jumped off a cliff. We've always been hopping through the mud puddles.

The funny thing about the Jumpers' gold in block pushing is that if they finished dead last in 3/4 events and still won that gold, they still would've qualified for ML2017.

At this stage I think the Kobalts should retire from the League and just be an M1 exclusive team. At least there they get results.

It's tough to watch the Jungle Jumpers sometimes because they evoke the tragic image of traumatised paratroopers from the Vietnam War. Come to think of it, viewed from this angle, it's not a surprise they performed well in Archery. This team is a rolling memorial for people to treat their veterans more kindly, which would enable them to do well for themselves later in life.
Raceforest was a cool looking track, though. It's just too bad that the home team had to skip the main event there, too, due to Skip's qualifying performance.
Surprised to find out that the Jumpers' M1S2 performance is still worse on average than the BOC's ML22. Which makes me suggest that the Jumpers might perform better if they were more "chaotic". But what a message would it send if they hired somebody like Harvester to be their next coach? They probably would be more likely to freeze at the thought than run, much less likely to actually jump.

At 12:14 If were including marbula 1 then kobalts shouldn't be there as they are always good at marbula one( carried by royal) but if were talking bout marble leauge they are the worst.

Well, they did better than the Balls of Chaos when YOU find out they suck at hosting a one-punch line tourney. Sure, even though in MMX, they got 8 points (1.6 pts per event), the Jumpers bested the BOC for points.
P.S. O'rangers suck and Jumpers are trolls. They beat up Clementin at Misty Mountain and triggered you in the ML2022 Showdown.
You know you are an embarassment to the Marble League when you make the Midnight Wisps and Shining Swarm look much better in comparison.
The former won the League in 2018, and was a consistent ML performer until missing the league in 2021, before falling off. The latter was a largely forgettable team before 2021, got into the league and is seemingly here to stay both in the ML and in M1.
*sigh* The 2017 class was a treat, alright... Two decent teams and two piles of dogshit.
