Transforming this mid century modern dresser set, including building new legs and bases AND converting a floating headboard into a pair of nightstands. The final look even surprised ME!

Choosing to fashion legs and bases from that piece of spalted maple is like putting a stunning pair of Louboutin pumps on J. Lo. She looks lovely without the Louboutins, but with the Louboutins... poetry in motion.

Thanks! The idea came out of necessity: buyers typically want nightstands way more than they want a headboard.
