    I am definitely going to make the Terayaki marinade and add chopped onions to the mix. I have a question, can I use ground ginger or does it have to be fresh graded ginger. Another marinade that I would love to make is the Peruvian. Thank you for sharing your delicious recipes ❤🤗😋

    Can’t wait to finish the leftovers in our fridge so that I can make some of these chicken marinades. Girl, they look and sound delicious! Thank you so much! I really enjoy you and your channel the only thing that I wish you would do every time when you’re making some thing is to tell us how much of each thing you’re putting. Like 3 ounces of orange juice for example, a quarter teaspoon of cumin, etc. and I was looking for the recipes for these five marinades and I haven’t seen them. I’m sure you must have them here somewhere. 🤷‍♀️

      I do actually! if you look in the description box of the video I always have the Ingredient list with measurements broken out so they're easy to follow. 😀 I hope this helps! Can't wait for you to try these marinades!

    You never stop delivering the most bussin food. Although I'm a decent home cook, I never attempted or experimented with Caribbean food until I got with my fiance, who is Dominican. You've taught me so much starting with mangu and I'm making a grocery list right now for that Cuban Citrus marinade. Thanks so much, chef! 🍗

      I wouldn't leave it for no more than 5 days and I would prioritize those that are sitting in acids (lemons, orange juice) first because they can actually toughen the chicken

    Yuck! 0% Maple syrup... LOL I'd have to go with the honey or brown sugar... I really like the chili lime. I'm Cuban and my wife is Italian, but lately onion and garlic have been giving her headaches...sob. If anything, we have been coming up with interesting adobos not using either...The Chili Lime is going to have to be my first one to try...

    • @Chefzeecooks
      @Chefzeecooks  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh no so sorry to hear about your wife! I had a similar situation with a family member. Try cooking with citrus & vibrant herbs (basil, rosemary, parsely, cilantro) and you won't even notice that garlic and onions are missing from your cuisine. I hope she feels better soon.
